We went there today to scout a family camping location and loved this spot. The water has definitely gone down a lot, but we look forward to camping there later on this week.

It looks like the rear end of the truck is going to fall off I'm talking about the bed of the truck

Hmm I certainly hope not. It's a 2015 I bought new and it just turned over to 30,000 miles most of which are with the camper on it. The maximum payload for this truck is 5,713 pounds and towing capacity is 18,500 pounds.

I wish the new ones were built this way. My 2007 is very close to this being basically analog with rocker switches. I don't care for all this new electronic stuff.

What was the price tag on that slide in truck camper? The price on new and late model slide in truck campers is insane. Simple vehicle maintenance and upgrades goes along way. The camper and the truck look good.

I am also contemplating the idea to use chicken wire on the lower part of the side walls to keep squirrels out when I would roll up side walls for ventilation during Nor Cal summer months in Bay Area. Ground squirrels are a huge problem in my area and I am wondering if they could tear apart the plastic in the upper area when there will be no chicken wire. Should I plan to cover the entire greenhouse with chicken wire ? Will appreciate if you could share your experience.
@indoors-outdoorshobbies5 ай бұрын
We have the grey squirrels here and they don't squeeze between the wire and the plastic. I know they don't get in because I don't find any walnuts buried in the planters :)
