This is just south of Point Nemo which is the location in the ocean that is farthest from land. You can't go to any town on earth farther away from civilization than Adamstown..

Once worked as shorex for Phoenix Reisen, Germany. Was there in 2006 with the wonderful TS Maxim Gorkiy (RIP) Here you can see their MS Amadea, I think. Nice memories...and the rarest passport stamp of the world. 🤗🙏🏼
