Why is Chris shocked fans were expecting new music when he was sharing clips of him and Jon working on stuff together?

I met one of the members in Alaska in the late 90s. Nice guy. It must have been Chris.

In late 2022, Brian Slagel said that the Jackal of Salzburg/Sacrifice single would be out in Spring 2023. Here we are in 2025, and King is still writing lyrics.

Watched him around 2006 with Thin Lizzy alongside Scott Gorham in Manchester, UK. Great show! Condolences to his family! Whitesnake's 1987 wouldn't be the album it is without John's input.

I went to the Cart & Horses in 1976, purely by accident. I hadn't heard of Iron Maiden, and as I entered the pub Iron Maiden were playing on the left of the door, as you went in. I also didn't know that my old school friend Paul Mario Day, was making his singing debut for them that night. Also Paul Dianno, lived near me in Oliver Rd, Leyton, in a 20 storey tower block. Such a long time ago now.

John was amazing. All his performances are incredible, but one of my favorites is on a Gary Moore tribute album. His rendition of " Still Got The Blues" is phenomenal! Tygers Of Pantang - Spellbound was when I discovered John, he will be missed. Seeing him live with Scotty, Brian, and Marco in 'Thin Lizzy' , with John fronting the band was fantastic.

This was a shock. It's hard to take in. I got the chance to meet him twice and shake his hand and get autographs. The first time he pretended to dislike the David Coverdale T-shirt I was wearing. He was very nice and took the time to talk.
