I have that LP, which I played practically every single day for years. I played it to my 3 year old niece and got her to sing The Great Pretender. She heard it again, and her memory kicked in, even remembering the cartoon characters on the cover. Unfortunately, my record is cracked but is still playable. I wonder if it's still available to purchase? My niece is now aged 50!

He did demonstrate his range, however I think Runaround Sue would have been a better choice.

It was 1962 so runaround sue was kinda over with. Though he could of done any of his other current hits at the time.

@@MiguelGonzalezPDion was instructed to be more Bobby Darin and ease off the rock! He said he was too insecure to sing runaround sue or the wanderer. I think he had terrible promoting and if he sang his hits he would’ve been even bigger
