I hate fossil fuels, but you can't build a green infrastructure overnight. It would have been great if 150 years ago we had the foresight to go 100% green. But we didn't, and without gas and oil over that span, there would have been no economy, now. It was wrong, but that was the path we chose. That's what the progressives don't realize. There is no magic wand. Taking the middle ground as the moderate democrats are doing is the best way. Gradually replacing oil and gas with green. The same with universal health. If the US had started it hundreds of years ago, then we'd be able to afford it now. But to replace it now would bankrupt insurance companies who collect premiums from willing customers. And the Treasury wouldn't be able to afford all the claims from 300 million new policy holders. Better to follow Biden's plan, again the middle ground, and cover the uninsured with expanding Medicaid. It'll still cost the government, but not as much. We live in a yin yang, Zen reality. A balance of the two sides. To tip it too much one way can be a disaster. Many democrats saw this before the 2020 election, and voted for Biden, vs Bernie.

If you unbolt the fender from the body you can pull it from the body and away from the brake lines. Then you take the attachments off or unplug your coolant res or any or attachment that is still tight. Removing your brake line will just give you extra unnecessary work. Just saying.

do you put fuses anywhere for the 12V side?
@pdfico3 жыл бұрын
The Blue Seas System fuse switch panel has a corresponding fuse for each switch. In addition I did include an inline fuse between the positive terminal and the main 12v cut off switch. You can catch a glimpse of the fuse block in the first video. Thanks for watching. Happy sailing

My rabbit didn’t feel any pain at all. I snuck up behind it while it was eating a delicious carrot and swiftly decapitated it with a gigantic ax, immediately severing its spinal chord. Little guy never felt a thing. But boy was he delicious. Bon apatite,

Where'd ya get the fender (who'd ya buy it from)?

They were very cheap fenders from eBay, they felt like giant soda cans. I would have gotten better ones if I knew better. But they worked out. Thanks for the inquiry. Happy four wheeling

Most heat exchangers have a 20 year warranty but you would have to use a Trane dealer and I'm not sure if you would have to pay for labor. Also with the age of unit and Covid it might be hard to find the part.

I've been debating this one. Tinted into the garage a bit sharp and took some paint off the passenger fender square. I see it's been bondoed before. Is it fixable or would it be cheaper to just replace and paint? One person quoted me telling me you can't really fix it because it's been bondoed and if it was to be fixed , it would chip and flake. Another person quoted me at $700 for fender paint and to fix the square. Doesn't seem to bad but would hate to throw money on a lost cause. Love the jeep brotherm

I don't suppose it could hurt, but do you think it helps to spray bolt heads, as opposed to there actual threads I mean? And you need to pickup a gallon of Corroseal... And if you learn anything working on a Jeep, it's that Dodge spent millions of man hours designing in time bombs and high labor hours for simple things.
@pdfico4 жыл бұрын
I sprayed the rusted bolts with Penetrating fluid, which is specifically designed to free and loosen rusted frozen metal parts. Because they are a very low viscosity oil they can penetrate into the narrow space between the threads of two parts. Some advertise that they can creep into openings as small as one millionth of an inch. It can also be used as a cleaner. They are not very good as a lubricant because they are relatively volatile, so much of the penetrating oil will evaporate, leaving little residual lubricant. As a lubricant I will brush the threads with lithium grease or a standard anti seize lubricant. The new bolts I applied were stainless steel so in this case I didn’t bother. Thanks for your inquiry. Happy four wheeling. PS. here’s a great video on penetrating fluids. Enjoy. kzbin.info/www/bejne/roaooJVopKZ-jNU

I really like that you don't do anything half a**ed on your boat. Wish you lived near me, I'd pay you to do my boat!!! Are you anywhere near Connecticut?

Just wanted to thank you for this video. I know nothing of DC electric, or any electrical for that matter. I bought an old 1970 boat and see a lot of household solid copper wire that is run in the old fashioned metal conduit which I know is not up to specs. After watching you tackle your boat, I feel that I might be able to do at least some of the work on my boat although my boat is a bit more complicated! So thanks!
