@@2004jeremyvanlue probably a little low end torque. Higher stall converter would help with that but I had already spent more than the truck is worth on a motor swap 😂

Originally a 5.3 LM7 but had it bored over to 5.7. LS1 rotating assembly with Gen 4 rods. I call it an “iron block LS1” but the LS guys get pretty butthurt about that 😂

@@scoobsshrooms109 running a FTI 2800 stall on mine. Best bet is to call FTI or Circle D and they can spec you out one based on weight, cam, tire size, and gearing. Mine seems fine but this is also my first build so I don’t have any experience with other stalls.

I swapped a 2003 Ford Crown Victoria front subframe into mine. I used Outcast Autoworks motor mounts but I think Autofab might make some for the factory truck crossmember.

Yeah it would have. Wanted fuel injection and the aftermarket support of LS engines and transmissions. Not everyone’s cup of tea but it does everything I want it to.
