I'm not knocking this version but this is nothing like a polish recipe, if you want to try a polish recipe I'll write it down for you. 100-200grams Keiser fleish.. basically bacon but not salted only smoked. 140grams tomato paste 3stock cubes or 3 cups of stock along with two of water. 3bayleaves Pepper and salt to taste 20grams flour 20grams butter 2-3eggs depending on size Another 10g or so flour whisked into the eggs then sifted into a bowl after letting sit like 10 mins Method: put meat in stock with water bayleaves and peppercorns. Simmer 10-20mins remove meat leaves and pepper. Add tomato paste the butter and the 20g flour let it thicken. Pour egg noodle mix through fork directly into the soup. Mix and simmer for a few mins cut the meat add the meat and parsley and an ice block or two of cream. This is the quick version. There's another version from scratch with whole tomatoes and carrots.
