@travelingtrishthiel so happy for you!!! I know the feeling. I thought all my pictures were gone on my underwater camera were gone while my husband was snorkeling. I let him take pictures. The compartment opened and salt water corroded everything. When we got home from the cruise, I tried old technology and the pictures appeared!! Whew!!

I'm glad the weather settled because it looked like another hurricane was brewing at the hotel. Your relationship with your sisters is a beautiful thing, I have 5 brothers and sisters but we rarely see each other not even for Christmas since my parents passed. I do miss Mike though 😊

Mark, I'm so sorry you don't see your family. I know that is tough! It does seem that once parents pass away, the family disperses. I told Mike what you said and he said "Aww, that's sweet. Thank you!" He won't be on a cruise with me until August. I'm trying to get him to do more things but he is buried in this addition he is building for us. :-)

That crown must have been loose so perhaps it was good you had the licorice. Gary Bembridge talks about always taking a dental repair kit on a cruise which would have helped but I don't see these for sale in Australia.

The only thing I don't like about this room is the absence of a sofa or chairs to sit on inside. And I'm so surprised you didn't call down for an upgrade when you saw no held held shower 😉

Hi you guys, I hope you don't mind me searching you out, Michael told me you have a KZbin channel. You might be interested to know, that the road you were traveling on when your crown came off, was closed both ways for a little while due to a truck fire. If your crown hadn't had fallen off, you may well have been stuck in the hold up for a little while there, everything happens for a reason hey :) so glad we were able to fix up your gorgeous smile again ready for your cruise. Kathy, if you can, get there super early at like 4 a.m. to watch the sky. We saw so many shooting stars. Dinner at the sunset restaurant is an absolute must! It was pricey and we are really glad we spent that money. The sunset view was amazing! Let us know how your trip goes!

I tried most of the restaurants in Princess including The Catch by Rudi. Honestly I didn't notice salt/pepper were not on the table as my foods were not needed it. The foods were excellent but the presentation of each dishes topped it. The server upfront told me if my steak was not cooked to my liking, he wants to know in the beginning and not middle or end so he can change it. Is not 5 stars restaurant but is good.
