@@Kasper_77x In my opinion. I’d rather have the stock. The brace is not comfortable and won’t be long enough with the configuration that I need for the M92 build. Sucks we gotta go through all the extra red tape and spend the extra money but when you want what you want. You gotta put that money on the table!

Mr Oubre. I have one installed in the M70 with 2000 rounds on it. No tearing,ripping or snagging. Functions flawlessly. Hoping for the same outcome with the M77. Welcome to the channel and thanks for tuning in. First, let me tell you up front. You will not be disappointed. I have a different idea for my PAP M77 PS. Bone stock with the right ammo (the key with this particular semi-automatic). You can baptize anything from 300-450 yards. I put my stamp on that claim. I’ve been shooting for over 15 years and if you ever trained with .308 Winchester. You know how effective the round is. Not a pro or anything. But definitely a decent shot in my humble opinion. 😆. I’ll buy more of them for the right price. Secondly, Your biggest hurdle will be figuring out which ammo on what particular gas setting will give you consistent results. You have an m90. Was this something you experienced ? (Asking). That’s what I’m testing at the current moment. Lastly, (I don’t plan on using a KNS) but taming this girl with some minor internal upgrades. Stay tuned. Thanks for tuning in and Welcome to the channel ! I agree that the Zastava’s are a bit heavier than other competitors. However, the trade off from my perspective is a better shooting rifle due to inability for the sheet metal to flex. Zastava’s are built with a thicker 1.5mm stamped receiver and has been proven to be very effective. In addition, I am not a big fan of shooting under-folders but if I get a good deal I’ll definitely purchase one for the nostalgia. Peace and love ! Yugo !

I thought it was the shit at first. But it’s way too heavy for me. The other offerings by Zastava are cool but they seem dated. I genuinely appreciated them for trying but I’m sure when they get that other cool shit over here. They will corner the accessories market for sure.

@fortheloveofyugo you can't beat that weight with a bipod tho, best shooting AK in my collection. Honestly the weight is not a problem for defensive use with castle doctrine.also the weight makes for a great training rifle imo.

I have been looking into the Mitchell Arms stuff as well. They tend to be on the pricey side of the spectrum. I beat the dog piss out of my rifles. Stuff like that I’d have to keep in my safe. As for the M72AB1. I’m not a big fan of under folders. I believe they serve a purpose but it’s always a pass for me. Outside of the novelty of them and being a conversation piece. I’m not drawn to them.

I think he is referring to the sight alignment. If that’s the case, the only one not straight or off was my M85. I switched to a TWS dog leg rail and went with an optic instead.

I thought that was an issue but there is no canting of the front sight or gas block. They are straight.

Okay cool. I haven’t had seen anything out of balance with the M70 or M77. I’ve been shooting with the irons since I got them. Haven’t taken the M92 out yet.

Payton ! Welcome to the channel ! I have not noticed any rusting on my bolt or bolt carrier. I am on the east coast and the humidity doesn't get that unbearable. First question I would have to ask is how are you storing your weapons ? Secondly, How often are you cleaning them and what type of products are you using ? Lastly, what type of ammunition are you using ? Now that we got that out of the way. Here's my process. After every range session I clean my weapons. My internals are cleaned with 100% acetone to remove the carbon and I use a microfiber cloth to touch up everything else. After that depending on the season. I would lubricate the internals with grease (summer months) or Hilco-Lube Jr #5170 (for storage & winter months)

@@fortheloveofyugo it stays inside a gun safe with dehumidifiers in the safe for storage then into a gun case with those little moister absorbent pockets for transport. I normally have to clean just the bolt almost every time I take it out to shoot the rest of the rifle every other time, I like to use hopes gun oil for cleaning. Also shooting non corrosive ammo wolf, tula, red army standard. During the summer the gun is almost instantly soaked in condensation just from the temperature changes from 70 degrees to in the 90s.

@@paytonoubre8329 Interesting! I’ve never used Hoppes lubricants and it seems like you doing everything else right. My only suggestion is to try calling up a local gunsmith. See if they can offer any assistance. Is this the only weapon that you are having this problem with?

I’m 1000% sure when or if you get your rifle figured out. You’d be pleased. I’m thoroughly pleased with my M77 and it’s going to be a great shooter once I add my finishing touches. Stay tuned ! Don’t know what type of ammo you have used or currently in use but I’m waiting on that conversation to materialize. In addition. You mentioned something about the barrel. Zastava’s are well known throughout the industry to have thicker barrel profiles compared to other AK manufacturers. So I wouldn’t worry about the barrel. I offered a suggestion in the video but IMHO, I think you should do some more research and testing before you start making changes. On the other hand.
