My little knowledge in Mathematics is telling me that 0.3x0.3 equals to 0.09 and not 0.9 as you stated. When you divide the floor area which is 25.49 equals 288.2 add wastage 5% the number of tiles become 302.61 Rounded off to 303 tiles.
