First open the front cover, then there is a screw under the filter net, then there is a plastic lock under the swing flap that has an arrow mark on it, press it and take it out, then there are three locks just above the indoor unit, lift the cover upwards and take out the entire cover

If there is some problem in AC then does it have self diagnosis feature in it and will error code displayed on indoor unit

DC motors are not repairable, but I think AC parts will have a 5 year warranty, you can call toll free number to find out, if there is a 5 year warranty then the motor will be changed for free

If you are using your AC in cool mode then I don't think that your AC is not working cool due to the settings of the AC remote, I think there is some problem with your AC, call a technician and get it checked
