My daughter would LOVE to be an intern at Mattel. She's an incredibly talented artist and she's starting in the Art & Design: Illustration program at Northern Michigan University next month. She's obsessed with Monster High and she'd love to work on that product line someday! 💜

I would rather work at mga than Mattel. Especially with MGA dolls over Mattel dolls. It seems like a place where ideas are constantly shot down by executives and shareholders. Pssst: Mattel, your quality sucks. Please do better.

on one of the matters sights they have a signup for jobs but there is qualifications like having worked in toy design for 4 years and knowing fashion ect
