The Morse years with Deep Purple were an awesome journey. Many experimental sounds n styles leaning more towards the progressive side often. But with their last original album with Morse called Whoosh! I thought they were already returning to the classic style sound we are hearing now. The New album should be fun!

If you are reacting to their Helter skelter cover I’d recommend the live version (the one on familiar to millions) because the studio is kind of meh for Oasis standards

Dark song which mirrored the dark period the band was experiencing at that time. The original band was disintegrating with Bonehead & Guigs leaving during these recording sessions - this song probably written to reflect that

Interesting cut! definitely had a seventies vibe/production values. Cool pick. Catchy riff. Here's a selection for Dave that's a bit different too. This band has a cool, mellower prog feel. Reminds me a lot of latter day pink floyd but more upbeat/ poppy. Nice video too. It's the band, "Fish On Friday" (Hey I didn't name em 🙂') This cut is called Life In Towns kzbin.info/www/bejne/b5ClqpKBZaaflaM

Oasis B side tracks are better than 99% of most bands A side tracks. Liam is Biblical and Noel is a Godlike genius. The greatest rock n roll band in the entire history of the world ✌️🏴

Thanks for doing this guys. I thought Dave would really like the drumming on this. It’s cool he can recognize great drumming before knowing that it’s actually a great drummer. His reaction was priceless. Thanks guys, you’re always appreciated.

Go Let It Out is great, great video. Helter Skelter has Noel on vocals, he’s got that McCartney range. The whole Shoulders of Giants album is a bit hit and miss as an album, it has some great stand out tracks but it also has some filler in there and it doesn’t flow as a record for me. Check out Where Did It All Go Wrong which was from this album, the 2000 Jools Holland special version is sublime.

Classic, vintage sounding Purple! First three singles are excellent! Their best album in years. Here's an Avenged Sevenfold Track with more of a slower classic rock feel for Dave to try, Dear God. kzbin.info/www/bejne/o6u7YaWee52Vq9E

I think this is my favorite of the new album so far. Ian Gillan is pushing 80 and he sounds like he did 50 years ago. Nothing like watching a bunch of pros do their thing. Thanks guys.
