I wrote this on HoloPlus, but: HoloX debuted on what was, without a doubt, the worst day of my life. Their debut really helped me push through. Their streams throughout that whole first week basically saved me, specially Chloe and Koyori, whose streaming hours always seemed to match my schedule whenever I had some free time to try and relax a bit. I'll always support them, no matter what.

They aren't going to be the same, but nobody will stay forever. The things going on will likely serve as a wakeup call when the fans callout the shareholders, as well as new members of management. I'm going to stay regardless though, unless Fubuki leaves, that will be the reason for me. I can always find new oshis, but if she leaves, you know they've turned on the talents. Unless she graduates because of age related issues. The company is getting more and more for people in their 20's and early 30's, not mid to late 30's and into 40's. Shame really, there will be demand for age 40+ vtubers.

I'm still not too sure what to think of this song. I'm definitely someone who takes a while to warm up to such sounds. I much prefer sounds such as with Gravity or other older songs of hers.

I'm Thai, you got the main point of the song. I'll tell what's going on in details. It'll be quite long, so brace yourself: Evarin(Vtuber-Evalia) is the goddess of the Ganges River. Her duty is to cleanse the souls of their memory and send them into reincarnation system, where they will be reborn and pay for their good and bad deeds with their respective victims (karma). However, having sent countless souls has caused loneliness to grow inside her heart, so, she decided to keep some of the souls, from multiple time periods and status e.g. the red guy is a shaman and nobles (notice the clothes of the men came from different era in Thailand, the less clothes, they wear the older the period). Dancing in Thailand is a way of expressing your emotions in storytelling, in this case she is flirting with each men, notice how their movements are gentle and synchronised. THIS, however, destroy the 3 world(heaven, human world, hell) ecosystem. Good deeds aren't being rewarded and heinous acts goes unpunished. Why? Well let's say A robbed B, A will be robbed or punished in one way or another by B or someone else. Another case, C saves D life, in the future he will helped when he is in trouble. If Evalia keeps their souls, A will go unpunished(he won't go to hell) and C will be unrewarded(he won't go to heaven). Everyone is linked through the karmic cycles, thus causing catasthrophic damage even to others that she did not captured. Eventually her actions caused chaos in all three realm and Vaiśravaṇa(ท้าวเวสุวรรณ) the thai giant god who protected the human race, has to come down and confisicated her of her powers. Here he is also dancing, his dance language expressing anger, indicated by the stomping and pointing at her. The scene you see a bunch of debris in the water is her destroyed abode(Most deity have their respective abodes) representing her stripped title. At the end you could even see a ruined old thai wooden house next to her. He cursed her so she will stayed down at the bottom of the Ganges river forever. The hands that were pulling her down are one of the souls she imprisoned, their hand shrivelled and rotten under the water. Also, the men who she imprisoned came from different thai folklore e.g. Chalawan. At the end her hair and eyes color faded to a lighter colors because she's been in the water for a long time. The chanting part is an actual prayer for the goddess of Ganges river.

I watched a clip of Advent watching Cecilia playing the violin. I was almost brought to tears when she played A Beautiful Song, all due to it being from Nier Automata. Ceci with Forgotten Words makes me think of medieval fantasy. I'm pretty sure one instrument is a lute which isn't the most common thing to hear. Her dress also really fits such a vibe as it's like something towards that age. She definitely had a lance and not a spear, spears don't have such large heads. A spear has a small head, more towards the size of an arrow head. Spears also don't have a curve to defect blows but are instead straight, along with being mostly wood to save on material costs. At that time a lance was a weapon used by the nobility while a spear was a weapon of commoners. So yeah, that commenter didn't know what they were talking about. Raora gives me sister energy, though that might be my age talking.

Edit: Took a while, but I now know I find it jarring to enjoy this song because it's got the sound of modern western pop. It's jarring because of usually not enjoying such a sound.
