115(7) cmvr of 1989 clearly stated... So no pucc required for new vehicle till the expiry of one year from the date of first registration. After which you have to undergo PUC test every after 6 months.

Good decision. I would never go to classic 350 over fz25. Had it been a honda, then it would have been different. Now there's h'ness for those who want a retro modern roadster. Otherwise fz25 is the best in the segment. Better than ktm also.
