Great drive until the contact! What is rwhp and weight of that thing?!?
@podiummotorsports8 жыл бұрын
Currently we are about 209hp to the rear wheels and we come off the track weighing 2065lbs. We are still a little over weight. We are working on that issue right now.

love that adrenaline, chasing down a guy that made contact with you, friend or foe, thats bullshit you got spun out there, id be pretty pissed as well

I'm surprised he wasn't penalized for the last contact. Not one of Greg's better outings. I'm sure it wasn't intentional.

That was some bullshit contact twice and ruined your top five finish - hope you received a visit from him and a deserved apology!

By same time I mean on the track in the same race.

Do multiple classes race at the same time in scca club racing? And is there a reward for winning your class AND if you beat the other classes?

Hey Aaron, nice job yesterday finishing 2nd in that loose car. Loved the huge drift through the carousel. Bet you wish it was handling as good as it did in this video. Are you planning on running at Laguna Seca next year? That track should be tougher on the RX3 though. I'll be doing some mods to convert my Z from ITS over to EP but I won't make it that competitive as I'll be way over weight. I'd just like to make the show one time.

To finish first, you must first finish. I always gave my last orders to my drivers.... don't break the car! Big part of prod and endurance racing.

A PDX is where you bring your own vehicle, and a instructor rides with you the first few session out on the road course, and when he feels that you are ready to go by yourself, it's you, the car and course and you usually run 20 to 30 minute sessions to see how many laps you can do, ....

I Love watching raqces like this, this is the kind of racing I have always dreamed of having doing sometime in my life, I have been doing auto crossing for 19 years now and I must say it's fun, but this is totally the life, may I ask what kinds of tires you were running on here, When I race, I usually run on Dunlop Direzzas which actually grip the pavement pretty good, I plan on doing a PDX, Professional drivers experience on a road course and I cant wait to do it.....Thanks

It seems like you're driving with the mirrors a bit too much but great drive nonetheless, thanks for sharing, too bad about the shifter. I'm surprised you're not rev matching on the downshifts. Anyway, it seems everybody focuses on Brakke or Ira, and not you, but you've been real quick the past few years, keep it up!

Does this car have any of the trick suspension design form the Downey built GT3 RX3 from years ago? Great run, BTW.

I was in a 1973 Mazda RX-3. It is blue in color. I was out front the entire race until the shifter broke on the transmission.
