When this butcher mentions strong hard knife is better for filleting around the bone areas of a fish, does he mean the quality of stainless steel or the physical properties of the blade being hard and stiff? I always thought flexible knives are best for filleting. I've owned 2 Victorinox Swibo straight knives before which I use for filleting bait and fish. The blade was stiff, but did the job fine. Now I'm considering buying a Swibo flexible curved blade. What are your thoughts?
Let’s face it the way these Devices present on screen is absolutely crap anyway, we have tech to create an image of a fish in water that’s perfectly relative to the depth and size yet here we are looking at a tv that looks like a brick has been thrown at it

@@IFish118 Pretty much every brand is chasing Garmin these days with everything they bring out. Garmin are certainly leading the pack at the moment imo. I used to use Humminbird but I wouldn’t be going back any time soon based on the current offerings but that’s just my opinion. There are horses for courses and if you know how to use it you’ll win with either unit.
@IFish118Ай бұрын
@@RyanMoodyFishing Humminbirds Mega DI/SI is in a class above; in my opinion, anyway, their mapping is user-friendly and straightforward to navigate, I have not heard anyone say garmins SI/DI is superior, HB failed in their FFS ML1, its why most anglers in my world had garmins for the ffs and HB for everything else, this unit is clearer than my lvs34, no doubt garmin will release another unit soon.
