The urine smell in some scents are either pheromones, or civet. Dirty jasmine also does that. I know that some of their signature scents have pheromones and a lot of animalics.

Hi Steven, thank you for the review, unfortunately I just saw it , I created Guru, initially it was Guru by kinda but I sold the brand and they did some changes to name and oils , but you’re right about the box and cap , it is actually wood and metal and the oils were at highest concentration allowed. 🙏👍

The real predecessor of Cartie Declaration , I remember came a sesam before, still great, despite some reformulation. Ever classic

Imagine a more herbal infused with camphor Terre d'Hermes. The opening is very medicinal, almost confusing. The dry down describes a very dry, subtle and natural vetiver. At least that's the way I see it😊

Does anyone else’s label have black speckles on it? There seems to be 2 different labels. One has just a regular gold label. Others have very small black speckles that seem to simulate a leather type pattern. I wonder which run was the first? Either way, there couldn’t have been a huge release on this. This entire flanker run had to be fairly limited. If you can find it, buy it now before it disappears from reach forever.

First impression on Theseus. I tried it today with hot weather, i think it's well blended and very classy, gentlemanly fragrance. It lasted quite a while on my skin, the sillage is moderate imo. I'm pleased and i think it could be worn all year round. I bought also Yerbamate, which from the first sniff seems very good and i can't wait to try it. Theseus is not talked about much, why is that i can't tell.

Great channel. Make more videos. Landed on your channel watching a Lorenzo Villoresi perfume. Although I'm not an expert in the field (I'm new in the game), I do have a VERY sensitive nose, and as a result I'm very picky. I can not fathom how people like LY. It's a flat, syrupy scent. A cloying berry juice. There is a very fine line (to my nose) between perfection (TL) and a cloying clone that I had to wash off cause I couldn't stand it. A sensitive nose like mine is a blessing and curse at the same time - I save a lot of money because I find 99.99% of the perfumes out there as boring (to put it mildly), but on the other hand, I only get to enjoy high-end niche quality expensive perfumes. Can't do clones or designers (with single-digit exceptions). Hell, even 99% of niche perfumes are repetitive and not-that-interesting - not full bottle worthy, but rather, a small decant or sample worthy.

It’s a shame that this fragrance has so little reviews because Tom Ford Ébène fume definitely copied this one. Bois noir is way more refined and less expensive too.
