Sorry it took me so long to respond and I'm sure by now you figure it out but if you didn't, blue bait can be used at the second fishing hole and if u cant use it then try upgrading your fishing rod so u can use better bait:)

My laptop broke 2 years ago and I had no budget to get a new one so I got into mobile gaming a lot more and ended up playing AQ3D after seeing it pop and being praised as one of the best f2p mobile mmos on many tier lists. Been wasting my time for 2 years on it and tbh that game is the most pathetic excuse for what people dare to call a mmo and even worse, a mmorpg. Had a bit of fun at first but it went downhill even before reaching lvl cap and it kept getting worse with every update, both in terms of game quality, shady inclusion of p2w, increasingly toxic player base and so on. I recently pulled the plug on it and prolly won't ever look back. Then I decided to finally give V&H a try a few days ago and OMG it makes me mad when I think how much time I wasted on that other piece of garbage instead of trying V&H sooner. Not sure if my opinion will change a lot in the upcoming months but after 15 mins in I could already see a HUGE improvement when comparing with AQ3D. The overall design of V&H is miles ahead when it comes to it's Ui and features and feels so much more like a genuine mmorpg like WoW etc. I'll play it for a while to get a good general overview and see how much p2w is forced upon me but if it's not as bad as most other "f2p" mobile games I'll be more than happy to support the devs. Game looks fun and simple yet complex enough for an old mmorpg player such as myself. It has undeniable charm and doesn't seem to take itself too seriously with a nice humoristic touch for its story and quests so far. I don't expect it to be on par with huge AAA titles that had a hundred times it's budget but it looks very promising to me. :)

Honestly the same reason I switched. adventure quest was great and all but after a while I felt so bored with it. This game to me has such a nice feel to it. I hope you enjoy it and find as much pleasure as I did playing it:)

@darklitereactions32 already cleaned a few zones and reached lvl 12. Started experimenting with gnogments and most of the crafting/gathering skills. Having a blast with everything so far and can't wait to start the quest for villages and houses with my gf tonight. She likes the game as much as I do so I guess we'll be playing a lot in the upcoming months. :D

@@darklitereactions32 more than 2 weeks in now and spotted a few minor bugs here and there. Could go nitpicking on a few details for some of the quest being a bit of a read-the-wiki case and same goes for most of the required knowledge about crafting etc. but this IS what true mmorpgs are usually about, especially oldschool ones. Looking forward to do raids but I'm just lvl 40 for now so it'll wait. Already busy enough trying to master every other aspects of the game but my opinion remains the same. Considering it's made by a small indie team I give it a solid 8/10. There isn't much that a game like WoW has over V&H... except bots, pvp and the toxic player base that usually comes with it lmao. :D

This is actually her *third* single. She went on AGT as publicity for her first single, which had already been recorded and was about to be released.

@darklitereactions32 Yes, the actual sequence of events seems to have been as follows: at the age of 9 she made a KZbin video of her performing "Holy Roller". This went viral, and Courtney and Spiritbox reached out to her. They signed her to their own record label, Pale Chord. A year later she had recorded her first single (with a video.) In the buildup to its release, she was invited on stage by Spiritbox in London (she was wearing the same outfit as in that video.) Meanwhile, the "Holy Roller" video was used to get her on AGT. She overplayed her hand by wanting to perform her single in the semifinal! At that point Simon Cowell realised that he had been played, made her sing something else, and eliminated her. But it was too late. All in all, it's a heartwarming story of a 10-year-old exploiting the Music Industry rather than the other way around 😉

This is horribly outdated. In the current version of the game the ONLY enemies who you can have ANY chance of dealing physical damage to are in the "baby dungeons" in the village. The dungeon cave, and the necromancer's lair, also the Council Portal scroll for the Lord of Dissection battle, and the Uber-Boss scroll for the Archangel battle. After that, it's like EVERY battle you need to change your gear loadout to a different element in order to be successful. EVERY enemy in the game other than those in the beginning levels has well over 4000 Defense which means your regular attack value is worthless because you CANNOT touch them with physical damage. And critical attacks ONLY work on physical damage, too, so the only thing that matters on your gear is your MAGICAL damage, DEFENSE, and MAGICAL resistance. Less important is HP and attack speed. On top of that, most of the enemies also have 20,000 HP. AND massive elemental resistances. So it becomes a huge grind trying to get the right elemental matchup for each enemy type. By default the game gives you THREE loadout slots, each with its own equipment and its own runewords. You can pay purple gems (over 1000 for each) to open additional loadout slots. But you will need AT LEAST FOUR loadouts to be effective through the higher level dungeons and events.
