Earlier he refers to the show 'Stanger Things' when he says, "I turn it up to eleven/ the demigorgons of Oppin/ the Strangest Thing I'm the boss/ When the danger lingers I'm plottin'". If you know that show, the girl's name was Eleven. Some of the monsters were called demigorgons. So many references in this song! He is a fantastic writer, the best in my opinion, and the way he makes it seem so effortless is that he practices and practices and practices these flows so that he could do it in his sleep before he records it. Nobody works harder on his music than Ren does. I think Ren is the greatest artist of our time. I will check out your friend too. Thanks for the suggestion.
