They have more of online customers than offline . Online customers get scammed by cheap stuffs that "looks" good in video or pictures . In reality these stuffs feel plastic & polyester and offline customers will reject these stuffs. Scamming with words like "Semi" silk , SEMI Katan , SEMI Banarsi , SEMI kanchipuram. Machine Lucknowi, Lucknowi concept. Machine "Chikenkari ", "pure" Viscose Georgette!!!. Viscose Georgett itself is not pure Georgette. The term "chikenkari" means hand embroidery . Then what's machine chikenkari??!!?? Misleading & scam statements and customers often fall for the tactics . Customers also just want fast fashion stuffs thats just trendy & "looks" good on Insta pages or WhatsApp status . Only people with class opt for sustainable fashion in pure fabrics.

Very very bad experience i purchased in shop three kurti and all three with damaged . Luckly i checked again after bill payment selected large they kept small in packet .and not allowing to replace them saying once sold will not taken back.

ഞാൻ 2024 ജൂൺ ഇൽ ഒരു 2500 രൂപക്ക് സാരീ വാങ്ങി. Quality bhayankara മോശം ആയിരുന്നു. മാത്രമല്ല ഞാൻ ഓർഡർ ചെയ്ത പ്രോഡക്ട് അല്ല കിട്ടിയതും. Complaint പറഞ്ഞ് അവർക്ക് WhatsApp ഇൽ message cheythu. പക്ഷേ ഒരു റെസ്‌പോൺസ് പോലും ഇല്ലായിരുന്നു.(Order ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ് പ്രോഡക്ട് എൻക്വയറിക്ക് വാട്സാപ്പിൽ റിപ്ലൈ തന്നിരുന്നു)അവസാനം ഞാൻ ഇൻസ്റ്റാഗ്രാമിൽ അവരുടെ ആ പ്രോഡക്ട് ൻറെ വീഡിയോക്ക് താഴെ കമൻ്റ് cheythu. അവർ എൻ്റെ comment delete cheythu enne ബ്ലോക്ക് ആക്കി.

I placed an order for 2 cord sets on August 25 from IHA Designs. The delivery was supposed to be within 1 or 2 days, but I haven't received anything yet. Despite trying to reach out to them through email, mobile, WhatsApp, and Instagram, I’ve received no response. I made the full payment upfront, and after posting a comment about my issue on their Instagram page, they removed my comment and blocked me. I've had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with them, and it feels like a scam. I lost my money, and I’m sure others might have faced similar situations. Please share your experiences to help prevent others from falling into the same trap.
