Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this video. I was terrified and panicked about the MRI of my cervical spine. I thought I would never be able to go into an MRI again without general anesthesia. I listened to the video a few times at home on the sofa like you said and imagined situations in everyday life for the respective sounds. Once our neighbor and my husband were working with the jackhammer in the basement, then I heard our washing machine and then the Aborigines playing their didgeridoo and the sun rising and probably a few birds singing in the background. And when the alarm sounded, I imagined that a door in our newly opened department store was simply left open and how normal life went on around it, everything completely harmless and peaceful. But the most important thing was that I prayed beforehand. I asked God to help me and he gave me this good strategy and this wonderful video :) I read Psalm 34 and others in the waiting room, they totally calmed me down. A few dear people who are close to me also prayed for me. With God's help, I was able to overcome my fear. All praise, thanks and honor to him 🙏🏼 Oh yes, I had earplugs in and headphones during the examination.

Никогда не делала МРТ, и вообще побаиваюсь этих штук, жрущих всякие тележки и инвалидные кресла. Но очень люблю звук аналоговых синтезаторов. Послушав эти звуки, думаю, если придется полежать в такой машине, то просто буду воспринимать эти звуки как концептуальный альбом какой-нибудь андеграунд-группы. 😂

I had an MRI yesterday. I'm absolutely delighted, it's like flying into space. Absolutely analog, deep sounds. I had to hold back so as not to fall into the rhythm. Great experience. It's not scary at all.🚀

Всегда глубоко засыпаю в МРТ аппарате. Даже если что-то болит или затекло. Из-за магнитов или резонансов)) не знаю. А обычно страдаю бессонницей. Включила сейчас в надежде уснуть.
