You absolutely can lash in layers for fills

@CH-fx6iy I recommend you watch my full video on the difference between lashing in layers and using the tape back method technique. I don't recommend you lash in layers with a fill because you'll be yanking and tugging at the extensions that are taped back. That's why the technique you do for a fill is different compared to a full set. I have a full video on this topic if you'd like to learn more.

I have missed you. My newest update is I graduated NJ Esthetician school and took my state license and passed with a 87!!! Right now I am about to get off my mannequin and on real heads. It is time. I am also creating space within my home for lash practice, before/after photos. The vision is coming alive. I lack confidence in my lashing so I just know once I start on live people I will eventually master this and make it ok! Thank you for all the knowledge and time commitment to us viewers :) ❤❤❤

@Amber-b3i personally, I've never tried LLBA tweezers. I tried their glue back in the day, and i wasn't a fan, so I never tried the rest of their products.

How do you make the fan stick before dipping it into the the glue is where I and having trouble. Also when it comes to the pinching are pinching the lash like sideways or over top where your thumb goes on top of the lashes to make the fan

@QuelesaRobinson Hey hun. So for that set I did C curl spikes of 11-17mm for the top layer. Top and middle layer I did B curl of 8-14mm and bottom layer I did 7-13mm J curl. My client wanted a dramatic cat eye but super relaxed curl so mixing it up gave it so much texture. Hope this helps.

Thank you. I made sure to subscribe to your channel. Im barley going to a class to learn to lash. Im the type of person who studies a lot before getting into anything new. I do this even if im thinking of getting a new pet ive never had. I research research research before doing anything. Then after doing so much research for a long time. I start my journey. Im hoping by watching researching will really help me. Im a patient person who takes their time in any project i do. So im hoping to learn quickly and be good quickly. I know it takes time for everyone and im willing to take the time. Im willing to learn and practice. Also financially with 3 kids i need help. I do have disabilities. So i cant really work. This industry seemed perfect. I can work on my schedule and not stand all day. So this seems perfect for me to do. Im so grateful for your videos. Im going to make sure to rewatch while i also practice.

I'm sorry to hear about all the losses you have had. I, too, have been in a deep depression for a whole year. I couldn't even get out of bed. I came very close to giving up on my business and my dreams completely, but I finally got out of my slump. I'm getting back to me quicker than what I thought, so that's a good thing. First things first, girl take of you, we need you to live a long healthy life❤ and yes I think you hit the money on the meaning of a true lash artist, I have had my share of lazy, mean girl and unprofessional “lash tech”. I have asthma and literally a tech was vaping in my face while doing my extensions not to mention she dropped tweezers on the floor several times and used the dirty ones on me that is just to name just one of them, I have found one lash artist who is a gem 💎 and a queen at even they way she speaks! You're so sweet hun! I appreciate your kind words. It's so sad to see lash techs not care about being professional. I have asthma too, so I would be upset too if someone did that to me. I would've stopped the service or said something because that's not ok. First of all, why is she even raping during a service. Do that on your own downtime 🤦🏻♀️ smh! Sometimes, it takes to go through bad ones to find the good one. I'm glad you found your lash artist and I'm glad she takes good care of you.

@NyawechKoang they are not placed on the skin. That would cause irritation. It's best to be placed away from the skin about 2-3mm. The closer, the better but not directly on the skin. Also, when you are referring to the lashes being curved, are you asking about the curl? There are so many curls to work with, and it depends on which one you buy. I probably bought a relaxed curl. If you want definition and lift, try using a CC or D curl. If you're a self taught lash artist I highly recommend you take a beginner course since it'll teach you everything you need to know. It's going to take you a longer time for you to piece everything together.

Not sure if it’s the tweezers I’m using but I feel like I can’t ever get a good grip of my lashes they keep falling out the tweezers and when I try to make a fan they move of out place and have to grab more lashes but my just keep falling out the tweezers 😭

@OnyishiSofia-cd9iy it's the tweezers. Or you can be moving your fingers away before you fully grip back on those lashes. When you do that it makes the base separate. So make sure you put pressure on your Tweezer before you move your fingers away. If it's still not holding the base in plasw it means your tweezers are good. I highly recommend you invest in good tweezers especially with fiber tips
