Nope. So many things wrong with this 'house'. Even with minimal furniture it's too crowded. That kitchen table makes it difficult to get to the fridge. The couches are nearly crowding the stairs. No stair guard rail, uh oh! That shower would get water everywhere, there's no door or curtain, no room for a door. All the exposed wood shelving would get wet along with what is on the shelves. The layout is much too crowded, IMO. Fit for a singleton not 2 or more. Pretty to look at but not a working layout.

I know the plan is okay, and the furniture, appliances, and machines are for the homeowner to decide. I personally would let it be two bedrooms minus a living room. Bedrooms have tv's, etc.. I would change the bathroom. Seniors need safety bathrooms.

I would extend it 12' and not have a bedroom loft. Have the high ceiling it great.

Anyone who thinks a 20' X 20' plan will work for them can figure out 20'X20' in where you live or at another house. It is workable. Have a lot of decking and a storage building to add space without clutter.

It's an attractive house, but I would need some revisions. The glass-paned wall and doors may look good but they compromise privacy and security, and there is no place for coats and footwear when you enter. The TV-over-the-fireplace can be dysfunctional for both the viewer and the TV. The kitchen needs counter and cabinet space. The roof design suggests enough height for an upstairs bedroom suite.

Where to put dirty shoes, jacket, keys etc? Noone like to go straight in to the livingroom, walk the carpet with durty shoes etc. Its not like it is sunshine 365 days a year and no durt where ever you been right!! This is the same in all your layouts. Its NOT INSPIRERING!! 😡 One have to be able to see one self acctually living there.

Instead of the bed, you could put a great sofa bed and take out the studying table. In front of the sofa bed, you could put a short table with shape S for the table legs, that could be used as a dinning table and studying table.

I would get rid of the indented porch and add that space to the living area and make the porch on the outside of house. Every bit of living space counts.
