I lost interest in Star Atlas because of bots. They asked us to test movement and everyone was joking about their bots (it was a gray area) and apparently mine was TOO efficient and got in trouble for it. Then, short while later on they asked people for bots/automation. *pikachu face* I'm in maintenance mode now.

honestly, the team made the game into a cash grab. buy ships, buy spacestation, buy land, buy house, but since those are not essential ... buy individual crew. 🙄. I sold all my ships once they started selling houses... If I wanted to play sims, I played sims. but power to you all

Two things, first I don't think anyone should be selling anything yet. it's all just speculation at best. we don't know what if any affect the stats i.e. trinkets, head gear and so have on the game. yes, we can see the rarity, but does it actually mean anything in game??? I can see a lot of people if all they are, are just animated parts for body and payed through the teeth for it getting very upset with star atlas for the naiveness. personally, I had a Legendary for sale for a day and pulled it off. again I love your stuff and look forward to watching every video you find the time to produce.

Why can’t you just get crew in game and level them up by playing? It’s just a bunch of randomized assets and stats and they want you to pay money?

In my opinion, Tensor does not show the correct rarities for the @staratlas crew in terms of in-game efficiency. How do you see this and will this probably be fixed? Below are a few examples: Example Conscientiousness: a high value (= reliable, ambitious) is significantly better than a low value (lazy worker) --> therefore a high value should lead to a higher rarity. Example Main Aptitude: the need for Flight is many times higher than for example Science --> although Flight occurs more often, this should also lead to a higher rarity due to the high demand. Example species: Oni has 3 species, Ustur and Mud only one --> from an in-game efficiency perspective, the higher rarity of the Oni species must not lead to a higher rarity. Things like background, body, head and shadow rarity (etc) are also irrelevant for in-game efficiency and should be weighted less in rarity.

Are you using the pro version of Tensor? I dont have the same functions as you...

Great video, I think Sammy #1 is ultimately the best, but the characteristics scores are definitely not a higher is better situation. Good work with the radar chart. That would be an amazing addition to Nancy, maybe talk to your Aephia geniuses if you haven’t already 🤘

I hope they have considered the idea of adding more filters to compare and search your crew members right down to the different levels of names in crew tab?

You got 13 rare, 6 epic, and 1 legendary from 20 platinum packs. WTF, I had 30 and got 28 rare and 2 epic.
