There’s no precise answer to this. However, it takes 1 month majority of the time, for commonwealth.

Cannot say why you received the email to that category. Majority of the times, depending on email provider you’d get a email from them in your spam/junk folder.

Hello! The Royal Navy is always recruiting! Keep in mind, that RN are permitted to recruit a specific amount of common wealth candidates per year.

You need to be a British citizen to be a officer. Finally, you'd need a sponsor until you join service.

You can try Supply Chain Roles. However, the navy isn't accepting any applications at this time for new applicants, only ongoing.
