I live in the tensas hunting reserve at the dead end I love it out here it's very peaceful and have deers in my front yard just about every night

I'll never be able to afford it on a working man's wage, but I have always wanted my own land. About 500 acres or so. It would take a billionaire to buy it and fix it right though and keep it that way. By the time yoh buy or rent a bulldozer and trackhoe for a year or maybe two and then buy a track loader and several attachments and a large tractor and implements you have already spent several million dollars. My problem is I have pine trees and I would want to get rid of them which means after they are cut, dig up all the stumps and roots, then disk, till, and level it all out and start over and make it into pasture land. See how time and money it takes to do than on a few hundred acres.

I love the look of the hybrids. We all shot the typical rage, schwacker & what not back in the day , but they say the quality of Sevr is unmatched . Xpedition & Sevr combined!!? I’d hate to be that animal

I would absolutely be so blessed if somehow something comes through and I’m able to afford this place because my husband and I are retired Military and we have been dreaming of opening a guided hunt and healing space for veterans and disabled veterans need a space that can go to to get away or to regroup to rethink teal and not just for them for their spouses for their families so we will get there one day. I am going to keep praying and manifesting it, my husband is actually, he was the private chef for 4 different generals and cooked with Paul Dean at one point in time and it’s still his passion, but he wants to give back . especially considering his life could’ve been lost in an explosion during his deployment years and years ago, but luckily it wasn’t and just because he looks like an average person doesn’t he doesn’t have his own issues or memories or challenges, he has nobody comes back for your challenges Anyways, thank you for sharing the beautiful property beautiful Lodge. I’m gonna leave it up to God in the universe now. 😊
