I absolutely love that area. I thought Salem was more of a racket area, but the history is just amazing. Other than the crazy drivers , that place is just gorgeous.

MA is really a beautiful place to live. I grew up here and still live here and absolutely love it. I love Salem, like you said there's a ton of history and it's a very fun place to check out.

Cannon isn’t really near Mount Washington hotel, it’s about 30 minutes north of Loon. I haven’t done Bretton Woods but Loon and Cannon are both amazing ski areas.

Suburbs? North Of Boston? Amesbury? You're being a bit generous with that term, almost every town up to the NH border is a similar distance. If you're including Amesbury, you could include Nashua, NH (or Providence, RI but that's south) which are also a very similar distance. To your credit, you did nail the pronunciation of Haverhill with the hay-vrill sound. And anything with a median sales of over $500k may be the most affordable of what's there, but that doesn't make them affordable to the average human. Who can cough up 4 or 5 grand a month and still eat?

Another thing folks moving to Boston from out of state or the suburbs should keep in mind is that many of the buildings have small, narrow staircases may not be able to fit pieces like box springs, large entertainment centers, and large couches.

Your math is way off. Making 1 moragee payment every year is a year and then you said if your mortgage is 2000 you pay half 1 check half the second check. That 14000 a year not 1 extra payment.

Hi, thank you for your comment and my apologies for an confusion. What I was trying to explain is if you pay half of your monthly mortgage payment every 2 week for the entire year. For example, if your payment is $2,000 a month you'd pay $1,000 every 2 week which equals out to an extra mortgage payment by end of year.
