These amps are so great Capable of real ultra sounds

So it's basically one digital model with a digital reverb... for $1500.00. Even with the jumpers and the effects loop, that price is a joke. I would not spend this much money knowing the history, of the longevity of "throw away" modeling amps in general.

I am 69 and have acquired a dozen or more modeling amps and as many tube amps over these many years, and I use my modelers for practice and or just sitting around the house noodling. The best modeler I have ever found (and that includes this Fender) is the katana 100 as it does everything I could hope for in a modeler and with rich tones and light chassis to boot, you just can't go wrong. I preface that to say this, this Fender amp does sound good but IMO it is WAY, WAY overpriced and not worth the $1500.00 price tag...at all, considering that you could get an amp that sounds just as good (Katana 50 or 100) for $300.00 to $400.00 + tax. When all is said and done I love my modelers but I still use my tube amps for all stage performances. Just my 2 cents worth. Peace.

I bought one yesterday. It's a great amp. Just wish the attenuation was foot-switchable. Have played my Tone Master Deluxe Reverb for a few years now. No problem. Some of my Fender gear is 30 years old, still works fine. I'm 67 now. In 30 years, I'll be 97 or dust in the wind. Life goes on, long after the thrill of living is gone.

Man, I'd love to hear this vs a Kemper 59 Bassman profile vs a 59 Bassman LTD/reissue. I seriously feel like most of the world is chasing after a cranked 59 Bassman tone at more reasonable volumes and it's great to see an option like this one with the power attenuation.

I played one of these in my local music store today. It sounded great. All of the Tone Master stuff is incredible. This thing has so many versitile tones. Jumping channels does a lot, too. Very much a rock n roll machine! I'd rather have these amps than the tube versions any day.

Sounds hard-edged, thin in the mids, crispy. Is it really that hard to emulate a tube amp?? This does not sound very good.

Good luck servicing these in the future. Fender won’t support them. They’ll just replace - once you’re out of warranty you’re screwed.

Yes, but at the same time this can be the only way for some people to get to have an amp that sounds close to the original. There are some countries in which there are no tube amps being sold and very few tecnicias who could repair them. Fender really has to lower the price, it is crazy expensive for solid state.

I just helped repair my neighbor kids piccolo snare. He stripped out his butt plate clamp. So I took off both heads and followed your process to a T. It sounds amazing! I've never even done this before but I'm also OCD! with a lot of hobbies! Thanks so much.

Just make sure that long ruler isn’t resting on your bridge, as shown in this example. That’s definitely going to give you a wonky result. Also, when checking with your fingers, specify to depress the string where the *body meets the neck* as well as the first fret. It does “matter up there”.

Saw the description for the channel. Saw Beaverton mentioned!!! I lived in Forest Grove for about a year!!! Phresh was my spot I LOVED!!! F-G, BEAVERTON AND HILLSBORO were the stomping grounds!!! Totally got a sub from me!!!🤘🎸🤘🎸🤘 Moved there for love! That love train derailed!!! Now I'm back in FL! Got a set of drums!.... they're actually Steven Adler's old set!!! Got it from one of his friends her grew up with, Bernie!! He was my uncles drummer! The snare had a busted head so I replaced it! The damn spring on the bottom need one of the straps on one side but I gotta see how tight to set the head in there! My drummer "friends" are chumps and won't come chill to help a sucka set em up! I can set up a kit! Helped my drummer when we toured nightly!! I'm a guitarist and played bass in the touring band so I was "hmmmmmm.... KZbin it!" Saw Portland music and was my 1st click! 🤘🎸🤘🎸🤘🍻🍻😎✊

Just bought a 214ce after playing an Academy 12e at the store. The 12e felt like playing an electric because of the low action. My only fear with upgrading to a 214ce was losing some playability, but your demonstration put me at ease. Thanks!
