Glad you liked the video. Where are you from? Patong has enough options for you, if you are on a budget. You can always skip the Hotel Buffet Bfast and head out - within 100 meters you will have enough options for any cravings - have fun

For Breakfast, just stroll and walk outside and there are enough / all cuisine options available to satiate all palates. Be open and experiment. Enjoy

Nice presentation of a picturesque resort / Homestay......But , Sunshine Tirthan demands Exorbitant/ Excessive Tariff/ Price like Oberoi / Taj 5 star Property despite not upto that level ....!!....Not only view & comfort Reasonable Tariffs also matter.....The owners seem adamant & rigid on Tariff ......Better budget properties are Available in Tirthan.......

Its more touristy there and prices are very high and rooms are very small. Ofcourse go and visit and spend time but avoid for hotels

I had stayed in Brown Dipper house.. along the same bank.. it was 4500 per day with a very very similar interiors.. at first I thought you were at brown dipper house... Nice video!!!

Beach is about 600 to 800 meters away. This is not a beach front property. A walk to the beach would be 15 mins and 5 mins by drive

Hello For a better understanding the Luxury cottage is with balcony in the room as well as a terrace .Secondly it has a seperate living room.

Yes that was my experience also. The food was quite average and the place is just hyped. Being a local - please do suggest some good placed around - will definitely check them out
