Xtool please redesign the boxes that these scan tools come in, really horrible to try to put everything in place, I have had the D7, D7S and now the D8S and the hard cases are all terrible, I have other brand scan tools and they are nowhere as hard to pack away.

I have a 2010 E90 328i, and I have been contemplating whether or not the A30M was capable enough for most all of the things I need for my BMW. This video has helped me tremendously because you are speaking specifically about the E90. I think I'm leaning toward the A30M over the D7. Very helpful. Thanks.

I can say I have the ad20 pro and find it a great little scanner that can do a full system scan of car not just engine, good tool to keep in your glove box also handy to test live data when doing a drive fault test I also own DS7 bidirectional version to which is great gives full detail diagnostics I have a vauxhall astra h and only negative really is I'd like xtool to add more vauxhall opel options into the special functions considering here in the UK vauxhall cars are very popular and would be nice to see more support added in future updates apart from that great tools.

Awesome review! You did great showing all capabilities. BTW your P0420 code based on the live data you showed looks like a bad #2 downstream O2 sensor because it was bouncing around(should be a constant .6-.8 volts and upstream O2 sensor will bounce around with fuel trim changes. I would run the car hot then shoot a laser temp gun at the front of your cat and then the rear of your catalytic converter. If the rear is higher the cat is good and your rear #2 O2 sensor is bad. Okay I am rambling but this tool is great if you're a Dad in Florida and your kids are in California and you don't want them to get screwed. Thank again for your review

I love the price point. Can you do another video on same car with your P0430 bank 2 fault? We would like to see live data graph with car at operating temperature of the upstream and downstream bank 2 O2 sensors with car operating at 2,300 rpm in park or driving. I appreciate your video but you showcased this dongle really as only a code reader. What's the bidirectional capabilities, can I record data on my phone and call it up later? So many unanswered questions.

I bought the xtool d9s pro about a month ago and I am in love with the scanner, it surprised me with its level

Every time i see X Tool products on here i love it more. Thing is I'm in Australia Do ALL X Tool products cover and actually work on Australian vehicles such as FORD and HOLDEN and FORD KUGA's Even diesel powered vehicles??? Seen so many KZbinrs in the America and i think once in the UK do reviews on X Tool stuff BUT nothing in Australia.

i was looking to get D9S but it have 6500mAh battery with bigger screen & that mean the battery will not last long without charging! while the D8W 10000mAh with small screen & i was disappointed! thats was really weird for me! but still D8 is a beast. Xtool nailed it with their tools awesome features & subscription & prices! i bought D8W & it's in the way. 46

Just got the D7 super happy with it, programed a new key today. Already paid for itself lol. I got it on sale for $255 at that price its a no brainer.

man this company is on steroids!😆 great products great prices! . once i saw videos about it & read the features it's like a copy of the OEMs software & might be even better. the cable version is way cheaper (D8S) but i bought the wireless one (D8W) because it makes sense when i want to test or activate things away from the car cabin. my D8W is on the way coming from Aliexpress Xtool official store

Nice video. Tested my 06 350z. But I was not able to locate the long and short fuel trims. Is my scanner defected or my 350z does not have the ability to provide them via scanner? I contacted xtools but I have not heard from them. I welcome any input.
