Thinking of buying a condo in SAEKYUNG how is it there? Cheap condo 2 million pesos. Looks pretty nice but I’m the USA currently can’t view it.

You got to be Insane, needing a lobotomy to buy a house in the Philippines and you're not the owner, you never know what's on your girlfriend or wife's mind, always remember have your bag packed when she kicks you out. Many expats lost everything from Filipina ladies scamming them.

Still confused about the window spaces on your balcony. What is their purpose, if not providing light to the interior space?

Handyman over 20 years here .... Concrete you just add water it has all 3 things already included in the bag ... Cement bag .... you still need to add sand and rock mix those with the cement ... Now you have concrete

Looking good, just make sure you have a path for the water to flow down being up in hills there.

It’s against the law here in the Philippines to kill a dog and eat it,,you should have reported it to the authorities,,also humane society,😊
@paulk84442 ай бұрын
Sad story of the Dog and enjoyed how they used all the rocks from your yard to make the retaining wall as I'm curious whether they keep it exposed or finish if off via rendering? And glad to see them using the cement mixer as you end up with a quicker more consistent mixture rather then the mix on a board typ you see everywhere.

Hey bud maybe I’m seeing it wrong but all that metal framing for your interior ceiling, it’s below the upper deck windows. So when they attach the interior ceiling hardiflex you won’t have a window view like Tom and Har. Is that what you wanted?
@kevinsoundmixer2 ай бұрын
I asked the same question, but he doesn't seem to reply to comments. I thought it was odd or a mistake but then I just figured maybe his design is different and he's not gonna have those same windows? Who knows. There is definitely space for them, but yeah, right now they let light into his roof space 🤷🏻♂️
@JakeandJesset2 ай бұрын
@@kevinsoundmixer yea I hated to point it out as I didn’t want it to come across negative but def wanted to mention it incase it was a mistake and can be corrected early on. Bc I couldn’t imagine paying for the look of windows but not actually having the view bc of low ceiling placement. I guess we will see in the videos to come lol

I do understand people not signing paper. I had several family members say they would sell the land and then two of them said no we are still looking, but I will definitely go through an attorney.

I tried contacting the Orange kite group, but I don’t think they will build in the area that we want. We are on a separate island. I was hoping they would get in contact with me and maybe suggest somebody I love their quality of work.

It’s looking great I want to do the same thing but I need four bedrooms. I might have to go to the second floor I like the staircase being in concrete versus the spiral.
@frankkie38492 ай бұрын
If you have a good sized lot, single story house is probably best option,,we have 4 bedrooms and 4 full bath rooms living,dining, family room and kitchen. 4 thousand square feet..😊

Hi, question about the window spaces on your balcony. On Tom and Har's home, the balcony has windows that allow light into the ceiling area of the hallways of the home. But in your design, it looks like they ran the ceiling joists below these window frame areas, so.. will you even have windows on the balcony now? If so, why allow light into the crawlspace of the roof. Just a little confused.

Laughed at comment of it being an "Open Meat Market" as I have the free range chickens roaming all over Valencia myself and regular chickens and roosters mixed in as that one heard you as he scampered away knowing you were thinking of snatching him up.. Leave that for the workers in their "Dirty Kitchen" as once one gets fat he's Dinner on a hoof... (P.S. their tastier too)

Just a thought, you might want to make your channel private, if it's truly just for family and friends. Otherwise you will continue to receive burning questions from folks who wanna build in this area. It's not your fault, if you look at other channels that do similar videos, like Tom and Har for example, you see much more interaction and question answering than what you are doing. People wanna know the nuts and bolts and details about building, and when you show the map of the subdivision with the remaining lots available, yes, you're gonna continue getting questions and stuff. Personally I like your updates because you're using Orange Kite, the contractor I'm using for our future build in Dauin. So it's a treat to see the construction progress and live vicariously.
