Just be careful having your baby in the room, if that hoop breaks as they often do she could get seriously hurt, the Swiss Activia is not as loud if you wanted a more quite one

It depends on how you move. The longer the rope, the slower you have to move, the shorter the fast you will have to move. Hope that helps. Look and feel how you move to decide which is best for you.
