I am a regular customer ko co , but the food has been very bad the last two times. The item I always order is Kanthari Chicken, but this time what I had was the worst version. Instead of the Kanthari Chicken I initially ordered, they gave me Kanthari Fish, and it was very bad.

Never had such complaints before...I myself, visit there once in 4-5 months, when I visit my relatives there..recently I have been a fan of their nadan fusion combos & it is consistently tasty!! You should have brought this into their notice, they would have replaced the item or refunded..anyways Sorry to hear your experience 🙄😒🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

@FoodieTravellerJazz Actually, I had already tasted this food, so I didn’t return it. I didn’t realize that they had given fish kanthari instead of kanthari chicken. All the items I ordered took about 45 minutes to arrive. Since I couldn't wait again, I didn’t opt for a replacement. The food has always been good. I’ve visited at least 30 times. But now, the food quality isn’t there.

But it is very healthy since no hormones in chicken & they are using natural spices & flavors..those who are health conscious & likes organic chicken will love it...I too like fleshy chicken, even if it has hormones in it!!🤭 But after eating this, you wont feel heavy or tired like in other restaurants...& the flavour of the chicken is good, even though majority are bones..I think all may not like organic chicken, which has too much bones, than chicken meat...🙄🙄🤔🤔🤔

@@leafliner5210 hmmmm...since it is organic chicken, it is very healthy, that I agree. But all wont like it, especially the KFC, Chicking, McDonalds generation, since its mostly bones & less meat!! Another thing is you wont feel heavy or tired, after having this, since they use only natural spices & flavours..No artificial tasteners or colours!! 👍🏻👍🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Anganey nyangalodu paranjhittu, ningalkku verum biriyani mathram thannal, enthaayalum complaint cheyyanam, no doubt!! I asked twice, chef told they serve in leaf & along with biriyani, they give pappadam, achaar, raitha, chammanthi & a payasam !! Ithu thannilenkil it damages my credibility too 🙄😒 you should have taken a pic & reviewed it in Google on the spot 😒 Anyways really sad to hear your experience 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Very bad review. ഇന്നലെ ഞാൻ അവിടെ പോയിട്ടുണ്ടായിരുന്നു വളരെ മോശം chicken biriyani chicken without quality checking so please not recommend this type of hotels for your own money making. ആരും അവിടെ പോകാതിരിക്കുക ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ വയറിളകും അത്രേ പറയാനുള്ളു ഒന്ന് പോയി നോക്ക് ചിക്കൻ വളരെ low quality

I recently visited the restaurant that this reviewer highly recommended, and I have to say, I was quite disappointed. The review painted it as a hidden gem, but my experience felt far from that. 🤑😏

Then I liked their newly introduced beverages, then I liked their chinese items, which was different from chinese items in other restaurants..not only me, there are many others who had great experience!!
