@06:41 you were getting a future that you did not await. That's why your log was showing Future<int>. Just change Isolate.run to await Isolate.run. That will be a common pattern when using it.

I'm thinking of a BINGO-like game that overlays a coin on a specific square in the grid.. where, if A4 is said/entered, the Android app would use a marker/fiducial on the page to calculate how far into the grid it needs to place a coin (scaling it based on the the angle and how close the camera is to the paper) Any thoughts on how easy/hard such an application would be to write using flutter? Or if overlaying objects with high precision is not supported? Do you think this can be done using Flet?

No. That will need a face detector for the filter

@@Vikkybliz Yes I know. I can do face detection with a separate package. I mean, it's really hard to do this with Arcore because it can't read almost any object. Instead, I'm talking about making a face mask with the package you use in the video with the help of the ml kit.
