Haha, it sure is, a very ancient landscape I think, certainly not many hills and no mountains for hundreds of kilometres. Sounds like you'd enjoy it!

I didn’t expect much when I first tried Tongkat Ali, but it’s definitely added something to my runs. I take around 600mg on race day or when I’m pushing past 20km-along with my usual mix of electrolytes, energy gels, and sometimes caffeine or creatine-and it really seems to help with endurance and recovery. I’ve been getting less of that heavy-leg feeling, especially on the longer runs, and my recovery time feels quicker too. On regular training days, I keep it to about 200-400mg, which fits nicely with my usual vitamins and minerals. Honestly, if you’re a runner looking to keep your energy steady, it might be worth a shot. Just take it with your usual supplements; it’s a smooth addition to the routine! ALL THE BEST EVERYONE AND DON'T GIVE UP TO ALL YOU NEW RUNNERS! ✊

Your videos are very good and your editing skills are excellent, but your videos are not reaching many people. The main reason for this is that your videos are not SEO optimized. I am a KZbin video SEO expert and would like to optimize your videos. "And I would like to help move forward with monetizing your KZbin channel." ar you interested in this?

Steve how do you make the Insta battery last so long? Do you put it back in the case to recharge?
@runmywayaustralia4 ай бұрын
Hi mate, I had the Go2 at the time of the Melbourne Marathon and I had it set to record 30 seconds with each shot. So it was probably no more than 20 minutes of filming the whole way through, and the battery could handle it. These days I use the Go3, and it doesn't have the ability to set a recording time, say 30 seconds. But it actually works out better because I use it hand held instead of on my cap, and I have more flexibility with shorter time filming. The Go2 battery eventually died, wouldn't last any more than 5 minutes. The Go3 lasts a lot longer, and at a year old now it doesn't seem to be degrading much. I don't take the case with me on my runs, and I am not running out power. Hope that helps, are you using a Go or a 360 cam?
@stevenwoolley4 ай бұрын
@@runmywayaustralia I’ve got an Insta 360 go and I wore it on my hat in a trail race and it died at some point in the race so I haven’t used it since lol
@runmywayaustralia4 ай бұрын
@@stevenwoolley Yep, understand. They are really only good for brief shots here and there, not so much for longer recording times. The camera size, battery size compromise. I hear the X4 is pretty good for longer recording, much bigger battery.

Do you have any tips for dealing with cramps when first starting out?
@runmywayaustralia7 ай бұрын
Hey, sorry, I don't know how I missed your comment, got no notification about it. Anyway, using an electrolyte drink after a solid run is really helpful, and also taking a magnesium supplement can help too.

Hi, It's Spring time here so it won't be too hot yet, probably fairly cool to start with a top temp of around 16°. Congrats on your first marathon, you will love this event, the city is beautiful, it's a lot of fun. Where are you coming from?

Interesting track Stephen, great running surface. Not like we're used to in Australia. Lacking in hills too, which always suits me. I was surprised that there wasn't more camera "bounce" when you were running, although the couple on a bicycle at about the 6.20 mark looked like their wheels were a bit off-round !
@runmywayaustralia6 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the comment, these new 360 action camera's have amazing stabilisation, they take out nearly all the shake and vibration. The couple on the bike did look funny...egg shaped wheels!
