Just a thought experiment. Would Kirkland be better off as a standalone business? (Could the business school deep dive into this?)

I remember running to the convenience store one block from my house to get a bag of ice as the 1rst half was ending ( i drove ) - came back to find out fouts & company had scored 17 pts in the 1rst 3 minutes of the 2nd half - best of the best in my book

My family and I were on the receiving end of Jane's love and compassion when we were stationed in San Diego 1999-2002. Jane held my hand and helped keep my family together as I battled severe postpartum depression after the birth of our twins. She made sure our children had a wonderful Christmas the year that funds were so tight, we weren't able to do much of anything, let alone have "Santa" visit. She educated me on how to be a good mom, even when I felt like I had no more "gas in the tank" to keep going. She made sure the twins had formula, and that our 10 1/2 month old son and 6yr old daughter had what they needed as well. When I had reached a point where I felt like I couldn't keep going, my dear husband was out to sea, and I had no family near by to lean on, Jane was the person I called. She was the one who rushed into my house, to help me pick up the shattered pieces of myself, get my children taken care of AND get me the help I needed. Because of Jane, my husband was immediately brought home, my kids were safe and taken care of, and I started down the path of self healing. She came to see us right before we moved to our next duty station. The kids all had grown to know and love Ms. Jane, like she was family. It was a sad day for us all to say goodbye. As it just so happened, we were back in San Diego in 2005 for about 9 months as we waited for the clean up from Hurricane Katrina to be done in Mississippi, so we could get down there and to the duty station my husband was supposed to be at; it suffered major damage in the storm and we could come straight from out last duty station in Montana on recruiting duty. The kids and I stopped in to see Jane a couple of times and I am so thankful that we had that last "good bye" in the parking lot of the Armed Services YMCA in Murphy Canyon Housing. I will never forget Jane and what she did for our family, and myself. She was a beautiful soul and she was exactly what I needed in my life. Our oldest daughter still remembers Ms. Jane....they are blurry memories but she remembers her kindness, laughter, smile (she looked just like my great aunt) and the time she ordered pizza for all of the kids on a night that was particularly difficult for me to be "Mom". I'm so sorry she left this world too soon. She was a treasure to so many. Everyone should be so lucky to have a Jane in their lives.

What is the name of the enzyme that misbehaved and caused colorectal cancer? What is the molecular mechanism of this misbehaved enzyme in causing colorectal cancer. I may die of this enzyme someday, so therefore I would like to know, please. Thank you.

I have the best memories of Don Coryell with that scowl on his face, hunched back and bent elbows stalking the sidelines of many an NFL game - first for the Cardinals then for the Chargers. You always knew when your team played against him you had better come with your A game on defense or you had better be ready score a lot of points to win.

We REDSKINS fans (NOT Commodes) owe a great debt of gratitude to the late great Don Coryell. Our beloved Joe Gibbs would not have won us 3 Superbowls w/out Don. Sure, we were known for the "Hogs" / running game but Joe took what he learned about offense from Don and tweaked it to fit w a brutal smash mouth running attack. The results speak for themselves.

This is just beautiful to watch...seeing NFL legends like Joe Gibbs, John Madden, and Dan Fouts sharing their fond memories of Don Coryell. I never really appreciated his greatness and impact on the NFL until now.

Probably one of my fav Coaches of all time. Now, I'm really thinking. Didn't know Sipe was hired to be the QB Coach over 14 years ago. Did he coach Kevin O'Connell? Wow, wouldn't that be something because I really like Coach O'Connell too. Edit - Guess who became the quarterback coach the year after O'Connell left San Diego State? Browns legend Brian Sipe. Just found this! WOW!

I am so incredibly proud and grateful to work at Costco! From day one, I stepped into price club back in 1990 I felt really happy! Then I remember when they merge and when it became The Costco of today! I never thought I would retire from Costco but I am given the opportunity of a lifetime and the sky is the limit! Mr Senegal you are a legend! You teach me to be humble but a true warrior! Thank you for your legacy…

Raiders fan here. I never really respected most of our opponents, especially the Steelers (lol) but I always respected Don Coyrll's teams. Madden really explains why. Not only did he do his own thing in terms of play calling but he ran his teams like a family and you could tell. Maybe if he was a big more selfish he could have disciplined his teams to a Super Bowl but that just wasn't his style. He played his game, his way and he can damn close to winning it all more than once. RIP
