Man, I was hoping for Metal Militia with the “Metal Up Your Ass” back and forth part at the end like the 83 show, lol! But quite a unique set for sure

I was here. Them doing the black album backwards was so Badass. The last half of that album is so good.

I wish I could go to the concert here. It’s just too expensive. I saw my first show with my dad with queensryche 1989 now it’s just too expensive.

The intro track you hear at the very beginning is actually Cliff Burton on bass. It plays in the ending of the song normally, just absolutely buried in the mix

I met Lars randomly in Copenhagen in 2017 And he was the sweetest guy, he stopped to talk for 15 min or so and really asked personal stuff and was genuinely interested! 100/10 kind of guy

I was at this Tulsa show in ‘19. The tix sold out 14 months b4 actual concert date in one hour, which I missed out on. However some close relatives of mine w money had secured themselves tickets. As fair weather rock fans who only liked 2 songs, I politely asked one to give up a ticket to a true die hard. No such luck as it was a wedding surprise!! One that never came to be as it were. Luckily I managed to score a floor ‘seat’ last minute due to a divorce of all things. Meaning the tix were bought & paid for a yr prior after a family member’s sweet nuptials over ended itself after only 10 months. Nothing of my doing, but still….Oops🤷♂️🤐! So the day before the concert I was offered a floor ‘seat’ for minimal price. What? No way. Such a blast! This footage is exactly as I remember. Especially when they drop into Holier Than Thou. But I must admit as a Gen X representative, after 30 yrs of a hard core moshing, ass shaking, fend for yourself lifestyle, I now enjoy this show even more in my own comfort zone w headphones. No more random dirty drunks with no rhythm singing the wrong words while aimlessly running into people. We already did all that shit. Now this classic music just puts me into a psychedelic state. Each & every listen. It’s a beautiful place to hang out in. Try it kids!!

You can hear some pain in James voice cuz he was struggling with sex addiction and alcohol issues and when he sang he just let it out
@BobCob-ug3el4 күн бұрын
What sex addiction? He was/is an alcoholic, and tried to switch to other vices, which of course failed to remove the addiction.

If I were in a successful band, I'd feel so indepted to my fans that I'd want to sign autographs until my I developed carpal tunnel syndrome. For me the irony would be that while my fans worship me it's me who worships them.

I like the part where he says I AM THE TABLE. After you hear that 20 times, it loses all meaning and you have no idea what words even mean anymore.
