I have watched so much Hallmark (all channels) and UPtv, that I actually liked this movie. When you're going through grief and mourning, seeing anyone's life made better can lift your spirits! Sure, there was a bit of corny and pushy in there, but ultimately, the characters life was changed. Yes, the eye doctor took matters into her own hands, but she was up front with him about what she did. Also, the daughter was right in her note to him about the glasses being more about science. After seeing videos of people who are actually color blind using the glasses that allow them to see color and their reactions when that happens (btw, all the videos I've seen are of men/boys with this color blind situation), I thought this movie was a more thoughtful take on that. Some of the videos show grown men and boys weeping over being able to see color. I liked the movie.

I grew up with those 80's movies too! I love Paul Campbell, he's one of my favorite Hallmark actors and writers! His presence always will give that stamp of approval, when it comes to the movies. I know, right way, it's going to be stellar.

I loved this movie! It was an actual fun and refreshing plot, very well written and the characters were well casted. Her parents were actually the right age, nobody 10; older, good 20 years plus older.

Had I known who wrote this movie and who directed it, then I would have watched it. But I skipped it. Hallmark should have spent a little more money on promoting this movie. I'll have to catch a rerun.

I love your style and your way of reviewing those movies and bringing us along your thought process and taking us through the movie scene by scene! I have to agree with Tyler Hynes. As he said on your podcast before (I think it was 2 years ago in 2022?) you have such a charisma and you’re so magnetic to watch and to listen to! You’re definitely fun to watch!!!!! Keep being you ! That was The. Best. Conversation I've ever seen during one of these movie promotion interviews. Kimberley has such an unpretentious and honest demeanor. It’s a pleasure hearing her describe the “good, bad and ugly” moments of her work with such laughter and self-deprecation. It's great to hear she is working toward creative control writing and directing her own projects. Sign me up to see those! And the Moms moment!Great job, Dara. Get to work on that screenplay!! 👏😊

I feel the way you feel, Dara! The beginning was awesome and I was enjoying Lacey and Brennan as a married couple.... and then things got weird! The ending was very strange! I think I made the same kind of HUH!? Face!!! The acting was great...but the end could have been written better.❤

I loved Lacey and Brennan as a happily married couple. I loved the wardrobe! I loved the Easter eggs! I thought the movie should have ended when they found out the deception and they opened their own firm. Having worked in the legal field my whole career, I did not appreciate the “bad lawyers” at all. I could have done without the baby plot but I liked how they tied it in at the end. The reality stars were just too much for me. I agree with you it started out strong and then went downhill.

I thought this was a good movie, but not a great movie. I enjoyed all the Easter eggs, and appreciated how superficial/funny the reality couple were. For me the 'start their own law firm's ending actually improved my opinion of the movie

I enjoyed A Biltmore Christmas. I really liked the piano scene but the best scene (to me) is the ending. The fact that Jack loves Lucy so much to give up everything to be with her is so touching and moving. Every man should be like that to the woman they love! Priceless scene that brought me to tears.
