That was The. Best. Conversation I've ever seen during one of these movie promotion interviews. Kimberley has such an unpretentious and honest demeanor. It’s a pleasure hearing her describe the “good, bad and ugly” moments of her work with such laughter and self-deprecation. It's great to hear she is working toward creative control writing and directing her own projects. Sign me up to see those! And the Moms moment!Great job, Dara. Get to work on that screenplay!! 👏😊

I love Tyler Hynes. I saw another interview with him and he seems like such a nice, sweet, polite, kind, caring, and handsome guy. Saw an interview with another one of the male actors in Hallmark movies and he cursed so much I had to turn it off.

I feel the way you feel, Dara! The beginning was awesome and I was enjoying Lacey and Brennan as a married couple.... and then things got weird! The ending was very strange! I think I made the same kind of HUH!? Face!!! The acting was great...but the end could have been written better.❤

I loved Lacey and Brennan as a happily married couple. I loved the wardrobe! I loved the Easter eggs! I thought the movie should have ended when they found out the deception and they opened their own firm. Having worked in the legal field my whole career, I did not appreciate the “bad lawyers” at all. I could have done without the baby plot but I liked how they tied it in at the end. The reality stars were just too much for me. I agree with you it started out strong and then went downhill.

I thought this was a good movie, but not a great movie. I enjoyed all the Easter eggs, and appreciated how superficial/funny the reality couple were. For me the 'start their own law firm's ending actually improved my opinion of the movie

I enjoyed A Biltmore Christmas. I really liked the piano scene but the best scene (to me) is the ending. The fact that Jack loves Lucy so much to give up everything to be with her is so touching and moving. Every man should be like that to the woman they love! Priceless scene that brought me to tears.

I loved her with Eric Johnson in Valentine ever after. He usually plays such dour, dark characters - but in this movie with Ms Reeser - he actually smiled. And SHE was actually believable as an executive who changes her direction to a life that is more grounded. They are both such great story-tellers - and I loved to watch them together. Like Nikki DeLoach and Andrew Walker - or Cindy Busby and Christopher Russell - I'd love to see these two actors together in more projects. PS - I also love that she takes on characters who are empowered women with great integrity - not wishy-washy, "confused," flighty air-heads - where she doesn't have to give up her Life to have romance. Kudos to her for being selective about that aspect of the "typical" Hallmark romance.

Hi, I've been reading reviews & watching podcasts about this movie. I've left the same comment on another podcast - I'm surprised more reviewers/watchers are not commenting about the implausibility of the plot line. Many have stated that the plot is boring - it's also highly unrealistic. I thought the plot thread, finding the deed to prove the sale of the land - was contrived and not applicable to current times. Such a plot thread works better in historicals. The sale of real estate is serious - and you go through settlement - and normally a physical piece of paper is not needed to prove it/disprove it. Plus, they had a house on the land - did they have to pay a mortgage for all of those years? So, if they vacated, they would lose $100K+ that they paid the mortgage company/bank?? What about property taxes!? If you own land, you pay property taxes and the state/county, etc. will automatically have proof that you own land on which you pay property taxes! I couldn't finish watching the movie because the "search" for the missing "deed" is implausible for 2022. It almost made it seem as if the sale was done "under the table" - which is totally unrealistic and stupid for this day and age. I thought the dogs were cute, though! Question - have you ever known anybody who had to search for a piece of paper to prove that they owned land/real estate in modern times? If they didn't find such documentation, they then lose the house/land on which they live?

Emma here ! 🥖🥐 I was in Canada when this film came out and decided to watch it when back in France. I had the same experience but gorging on pastries returning. 😆They represented French people and expat feelings quite correctly. Especially the directness with romance and emotions which North America does not have. I felt like a very blunt person in Canada lol The flatmates’ line during one of Ella’s complaints’ « arrête tu m’ennuies » = « stop, you’re boring me » was spot on and very true to French /european behaviour ! Boulangerie is indeed a bakery, patisserie is pastry shop but they aren’t separate shops, just different words. When you want to get your croissants, sandwiches quiches, it’s at one or the other. Voilaaaa Great movie. Bethany slays as usual.

I was able to watch the entire movie only because of Hunter King, formerly "Summer Newman" on Y&R. I still watch this soap..need to stop...anyhoo, I totally agree with you both re corporate America's glorification of multi-tasking which robs us of work/life balance and only giving us the obligatory 2 weeks PTO per year....insufficient..I totally enjoyed your stories about the community spirit in Europe & Dr. Oteng's "dissertation" on BRAVERY 😊 #GreatAndUpliftingConversation
