If you look on this channel there should be a video showing how to shorten a frame. You can use 7/32" channel I sell on my website or simply use a deck plate as a "bridge" to marry the pieces together. Then glue underneath. Not glamorous bet works.

@RockinHFarmToys ok.i bought a dcp 352 truck and exhaust are straight on it..I would like to just have some straight thicker stacks but longer just to insert on the ones on truck already.

I sell an aftermarket part in my store that might be useful to you. It is fashioned to mimic a DCP tag axle. It may need slightly modified to work on a COE frame. Pretty simple really.

Once I apply it, I let it cure for 2-3 days. That helps. Then I am careful not to touch it just because

a true tag axle on a DCP KW has two screws in a deck plate that hold the tag axle assembly on. Very easy. There might be screws that hold the tag axle fenders on. Or, there are two diecast pins to grind off or even wiggle the fenders off.

Not this time but thanks for asking. The kits are not priced out of site IMO. There are wheel and no wheel options.

what brand of 389 do you have? most 389s are diecast and this method works great
