Though I realize “City Lights” is an excellent silent film, I personally wanted Charles Chaplin to make this film as a talking picture. He had a very beautiful voice and a great diction as an actor.

This film should be watched by all Trump voters (Clockwork Orange style). The parallels are uncanny throughout! At 2:30, he gropes his stenographer (because when you're Trump, "they let you do it," and all his sycophants look like the clown car of appointees he's given us in 2024.
