Love this. This was the form I I first learned. Slow and clear moves. Would like to see it with the names of each step: "Scoop the moon"' 'horse leaps over the ravine", and so on. Thanks for a great video. I will use it to restart my form.

Interesting, my instructor teaches it with fists closed and less stepping. Just one step up and back, then role the fists before delivering the elbow strike. I have seen it in the Yu/Beijing Style but he learn his from Chen Zheng Lei who has no videos demonstrating this. It might be more of a modern move or a revival I'm not sure.

Hello Arhur laoshi, Thank you for your extremely fertile lessons. I have not seen class 32th nor 37th, in the playlist… I don't know if it is an omission (?). With respect and gratitude.

A master? I have been doing Martial Arts since I was 3 years old I have Trained in various Combat Systems and am certified to train Special Operatives in CQC and CQB I am a expert in Silat , Muay Thai , Boxing and Kickboxing I will not train Civilians in certain combat systems because they will end up using it and getting life in prison I am 41 , over 35 years of Jeet Kune Do , 25 years of Shaolin Fists and Weapon forms , 20+ years of CQC and CQB I have 15 years of Silat , Bak Mei and Jujitsu I have met many so called Kung Fu masters and I have debunked many of them You cannot be a Kung Fu Master unless you have done the extremely difficult and painful conditioning training required It's why all the Fake Kung Fu masters keep getting beat up , they think knowing Forms is what it takes To be a master need the entire package The Forms , The Conditioning , The Philosophy Of Being A Warrior and The Experience For example , when I teach a student I make them read The Hagakure , The Book Of Five Rings , The Tao Of Jeet Kune Do and The Tao Te Ching I explain to a student that if they want to learn to fight enroll in my Self Defense classes, not my Wushu classes One is fighting, one is art After 37 years of Training to fight and 25+ year of Martial Arts , I am still the Student A master knows everything If someone knows everything, they can't learn anything I've been labeled as Master by others I'm The Forever Student

Why is the song Ave Maria?
@mmasque2052
@mmasque2052 2 жыл бұрын
The correct answer is “Why not?” A more explanatory answer is that Ave Maria is a slow, meditative song and TI Chi is a slow, meditative series of motions. The two fit together.
