Hi there. I am glad that it has helped. I am yet to change the rear rotors but I believe it is the same. After you remove the calipers and pads, you then remove the pad carrier and that should give you the room you need to remove them then. I hope this helps 👍🏻

Well done for (what I guess) is your first attempt, but your belt is a bit tight mate. Now, this explanation is mainly for long ribbed flat serpentine drive belts but it works reasonably well on a normal V belt too, and its pretty easy to do & it is free.. 1. look at the belt from either above or from the side and find the longest stretch (or length) of the belt between any of the pulleys, this will be the part of the belt that you will use to check the tension. 2. Now using as much strength as you can twist this longest section of the belt between your *thumb and fingers* until you can just turn it to exactly 90deg and no more or less. When it is right it will be quite hard & stiff at 90deg and when it is wrong it will be loose at 90deg. It can take a few times to get right if your new at it, so don't give up. Note - Orientation: a. If you are looking at the top of the belt when it is turned(or twisted) 90 deg you should be able to *see the side of the belt* when it is tight enough. b. If you are looking at the belt from the side when it is turned (or twisted) 90deg you should be able to *see the belts flat top* when it is tight enough. Works best with the flat drive belts though, but hope this helps.
@wolf_kiff_workshop4 ай бұрын
Thank you mate, you are 100% right there. This belt didn't last more than about 14 months, so the next one I did some research and did the 90° rule and it worked a treat. That's great advice. Cheers man

Does the 2.0L petrol one have a fuel filter?
@wolf_kiff_workshop4 ай бұрын
Hi, i have been Looking into it. Apparently according to some online forums, it may have one on the bulkhead (in a similar place to the Diesel one). If not it is just the one in the fuel tank on the end of the fuel pump. The ones in the tank aren't designed to be changed as a service item apparently.

@wolf_kiff_workshop4 ай бұрын
Hi, I'm sorry I didn't remove the e brake cable for the pads on the rear. But I think, if it is the same as my Vauxhall (gm) if you have the e brake off. Put the caliper back in place with bolts in it and then use a big flat head screw driver or set of pipe grips to push and hold the e brake lever back and it should give you enough room to remove the cable from the lever. I hope that this helps

Hi, thinking about to put same set of springs in my Jero Sport. After few months of driving would you still recommend? How ist the ride overal? Thanks for reply.
@wolf_kiff_workshop4 ай бұрын
Hi, yes it's been over 12 months but I would still recommend them. It's perfect for my type of driving. I do mainly on road driving with light off road and green laning. The springs are stiffer so on road mine doesn't wallow or roll on the turns as much which I find better. But it lifted it 2.5-3 inches which means when I am off road it doesn't catch or drag the tow bat or chassis like before. Also because they are 20% uprated / stiffer I recently had over half a tonne load in the back and it handled it well. And since this video I have towed a caravan and multiple trailers of different wieght which it has handled well to.
@wolf_kiff_workshop4 ай бұрын
If you do mainly or solely off roading then it would probably be worth spending the extra for fully progressive off road springs like "old man emu" ones
@wolf_kiff_workshop4 ай бұрын
I also fitted the K74 L200 shock absorbers. The fronts are the same but the rears give you an extra 4-6 inches travel on the rear axle. I found mine bottomed out on the rear when off road
