This beautiful song sounds too much like "A simple twist of fate" of Bob Dylan.

I found it on a Robert Crumb anthology, most likely it's a record he found crate digging.

Party Hard has a great sound, and is very cool to hear live. However, it lacks a decent melody which is why it never did so well.

I love this song. I wish the final version that ended up on His N Hers had less reverb. Ed Buller overdid the reverb on a lot of that album in my opinion.

Love his reasoning for playing there - "If you play, you don't have to pay the admission, so we got in for free" - Jarv is so dry I love it!

This theme is sublime, Jarvis performed it for the first time in 1980 and it was recorded in 1981, according to his book (Good Pop, Bad Pop) he was 17 years old when he wrote it. Yeah, Morrissey sounds like Pulp that started long before.
