Do you know how to do tap tempo with this pedal? I had it set up one time by I reset my settings and now cannot figure it out.I actually figured out the tap tempo with button 4, but I can't figure out how to turn the tuner on off using a long press. Any help would be appreciated

also this has helped me it works in guitar rig 7 and 5 amplitube 5.( have not configured anything to make it work in previous mentioned programs).exlcuding midiberry, loop midi and in preferences enable loopmidi as midi default option......but it wont work in bias fx 2 this is the only software cracked might be that?

Bluetooth is known to be a slow communication for live video. Is this setup fast enough for live? I think a pedal needs to communicate very very fast for live music.

I personally never use anything wireless (in-ear monitors, wireless guitar transmitters etc.) when performing live as the connections are not stable. Hello @datnguyen478, thank you for your input. You are correct in your assessment that the Morningstar midi controllers are more robust than the Chocolate controller. However, it is an unfair comparison since the Chocolate controller can be purchased new for $30 usd while the Morningstar controllers average $299 usd. En la página 116 dice “El canal MIDI del GNX4 solo se usa para recibir datos MIDI entrantes. El GNX4 no envía comandos de cambio de programa MIDI ni datos CC”. Lamentablemente, la unidad no se puede utilizar como controlador de pedal midi. Sus capacidades midi se limitan a recibir mensajes de PC y CC desde una fuente externa. Espero que esto ayude. How do you get the FCB 1010 to navigate directly to a preset within Studio One? I am able to use midi learn in the standalone Neural DSP app to go to specific presets; however midi learn doesn’t work within Studio One for jumping to a specific preset.

Thank you for this great video. Can I ask you something? Is there a way to toggle the overdrive and distortion pedals with this foot controller??? (Not compressor, Delay, Chorus or Wha..) Typing the same hex code, right click on the overdrive or distortion, select assign MIDI and after that, everyone goes through the same process.. Is this right??

Peut-être qu'il est perdu dans la traduction, c'est pourquoi nous utilisons un traducteur de langue pour notre correspondance. Merci de répondre en français. Même si nous n'avons pas bien compris votre problème, il semble que vous perdiez l'affectation des boutons lorsque vous modifiez les préréglages. Si tel est votre problème, vous devez enregistrer le préréglage avant de passer au suivant. Les assignations Midi sont différentes pour chaque preset et ne sont pas enregistrées globalement. Pour enregistrer votre préréglage : • Cliquez sur les 3 points à côté du logo 'Guitar Rig 6' dans le coin supérieur gauche du programme. • Sélectionnez 'Edit' • Sélectionnez 'Save As' N'hésitez pas à nous recontacter si ce n'est pas votre problème ou si vous avez d'autres questions. Merci pour votre retour rapide, je n'avais pas vu la notification :( voici mon souci, je paramètre exactement le FC1010 selon votre procédure mais une fois sur guitare Rig, lorsque je choisis midi learn sur les flèches permettant le changement de preset cela ne prend pas en compte le message NOTE... cependant le fait d'appuyer sur le bouton 1 à 10 sur le FB1010 cela me met le preset de 1 à 10 respectivement ... je ne comprends pas pourquoi ?

To toggle the pedals, in Preferences>MIDI Inputs, you need to click the "Enable input for control messages" box. You did this in the video, but I missed it (and I see another commenter did as well) n only enabled the "normal" input, so I'm just adding this here.

Hey could you you help me out? I followed everything you did in this video and I can get the note changes to control literally EVERYTHING except swapping presets. What am I doing wrong? I even tried following your other video concerning making them PC changes instead of note changes, and that still doesn’t work. I know that Ableton is recognizing messages as being sent because the yellow box in the top right flashes every time I press a button, and it flashes yellow in the “MIDI in” in drop down when selecting the midi channel on the midi track. So I know it’s sending messages. But swapping presets just do not work. 🤷♂️ You’ve finally helped me set up the expression pedals though so thank you so much! 🙏

Unfortunately Amplitube does not work well with 3rd party midi foot controllers because they have their own proprietary controller. Many controllers like the FCB1010,the Line 6 FBV, and the Chocolate require pedals to be double tapped to activate the effects once you change presets. I hope this helps. Thank you for your videos, I am using M-wave chocolate MIDI controller with Helix Native. I can change presets and works with Helix Native on Reaper. The problem I have is that when I press the switches in the MIDI controller it takes almost 1 second to change the preset and this makes Helix Native difficult for using it live. Hi, thank you so much for the video, Mine is working and it changes presets on Helix Native in reaper after following all your steps. The only problem I have is that there is a gap of almost 1 second when I press the switches in the M wave chocolate o change the presets in Helix Native. Could you please explain me how can I fix this gap and improve the speed when I change the presets so I can use it to play live?

Thanks for the video. Looks like Amplitube overdid it with the midi control. In all guitar programs M-wave works correctly, but Amplitube has problems. How to make simple switching ‘Next preset’, ‘Previous preset’? Training is going on, CC commands are recognised, but presets are not switched. Thanks.

Hello @TimofeyZiborov, if you only wish to change ‘Next’ and ‘Previous’ you can use the short press code to program the Chocolate as shown in the video. From there follow these 5 steps: 1. In Amplitube go to the settings menu and select ‘Any’ or ‘USB Midi’ for the midi input 2. Click the Control tab and select ‘Control Change’ and ‘Global’ 3. Highlight ‘Preset Next’, click learn and step on a pedal on the Chocolate controller 4. Repeat the above step for ‘Preset Previous’ 5. Click the preset pane and load a preset Now your presets will change to next or previous when you step on the pedals. Feel free to reach out again if you need more assistance. Unfortunately Amplitube does not work well with 3rd party midi foot controllers because they have their own proprietary controller. Many controllers like the FCB1010,the Line 6 FBV, and the Chocolate require pedals to be double tapped to activate the effects once you change presets. I hope this helps. As a result, when pressing the corresponding buttons on the MIDI controller, there is a single activation of "Next preset" and "Previous preset." Subsequent presses have no effect. AmpliTube recognizes the controller settings, and the learning process occurs correctly. Chokolate settings: Advanced custom mode Mode: Single step 1 CC 16 127 1 CC 17 127 ... I wonder why it doesn't work Behringer EPROM 2.5 in Mac OS Sonoma & FCB1010 manager 2.5 . Associating MIDI control to pedal B cancel previous association with pedal A for next and previous presets. Same problem with GR6 and GR7 Pro. Checked 3 times the same config as in the tutorial in FCB manager, and good saving of it in FBC1010. Knobs options don't offer to Off/On but only to Learn MIDI , then it's not possible to activate or desactivate the controlers Would like so much to get it work. Thany you anyway
