i always ask "why do people act the way they do?" having been in toastmasters for over 50 years I Have discovered its because of vulnerabilty as to why people are afraid to speak.Same thing with Embracing the new', Advisors can and do feel vulnerable about charging a feel- They are not convinced of their own worth Great discussion Advisors and myself need to"find their voice"
