I have this and cannot figure out how to get the front glass off and get the fireplace installed. The cabinet went together perfectly but the instructions for the fireplace just don’t match up. The screw it says to take out do not release the glass front. Can you help me please?

Not even details but i will figure it out. For the doors, you have to drill the 4 extra holes, and the middle screw adjust knobs to come ckoser or farther. Now its time to tackle this fireplace thats going be an headacne.

I liked the review. You did a great job. I had a 2020 titan. Feels the same. However, the one Rocker I just recieved from Amazon, is missing the lumbar hight knob, and the next step manufacturing didn't even notice that, and they wrapped the PU leather around the hole where the knob goes. Just wrote to the seller on Amazon with pics, cause I need a back replacement. Don't want to ship the whole thing back. I just want a back replacement with both knobs... If not resolved, and if i have to painstakingly take it apart plus pay shipping, this goes trash and i am getting the 2022 Titan. I also just ordered a corsair tc500 luxe for my wife. No issues. Hope they will correct the noble rocker issue... If yes. I am getting another one

This is not a review, this is just you projecting your fears on the screen. I don't what's wrong with tou that you judge a chair by the click of the tilt limiter knob... let alone talk about a clearly broken headrest support...

People are not so interested in the trouble shooting realities only in the acquisition of products to boast about the very latest gadgets they are easily mislead by manufacturers of products that are designed to catch their eyes as a plumber i had seen a lot of temporary expensive short term products that fail to live up to projected expectations i could tell you more but check them out for your self 😢

hi- have you tested startup and running wattage? looking for a portable AC to use with a 4500 peak wattage generator during power outages.

have got 2 tips for anyone with this AC or other 2 hose whynter AC, the air filter carbon activated filter, just buy any carbon activated filter, cut to size, and while the AC is on attach it to the outside of the AC, where you see the filter mesh is, and the suction should keep it there!!! 2nd tip, don't buy hose insulator, get a bath towel, wet the towel a lil bit, then drape it over the exhaust hose side and you got an instant hose cooler, enjoy!!!!

I just got one and dont have any issues infact this chair has the best headrest and arms among any S class ones out there. You should return this defective piece. If you get it from steel case they give you lifetime warranty so I suggest getting it from them directly.
