Electrons are Fundamental particles. They do not appear to have a structure. That is why they are called fundamental particles. There is no experimental evidence that indicate or show that Leptons are made up of quarks.

A positive is positive and negative particle negative base on how it behaves in a magnetic field. Don’t lose sight of the fact that these are conventions. Arbitrarily we can refer to a positive as negative and negative as positive vice versa. To clear your doubt, if you watch the video very well, I never said leptons are made of quarks, I clearly stated that, electrons are classified as leptons. Please re-watch the short video again.
