Any advice what to do if you can't add the datalogger? I'm stuck on step 1. I can scan the datalogger, it tells me it has been added but won't move to step 2. Keep trying, same result. Can't find the datalogger in the list either.

Hi Jonesy, if you have configured the datalogger before, the message datalogger has been added may pops up, simply login your shine phone account, choose plant and from the top right, click +, from the dropdown list, find datalogger list, you will find your datalogger there, thank.

Hi, earth is required to connect to the inverter's ac plug, please refer to the inverter's manual and AU/NZS Standards.

Hi, do you know if a three phase inverter (MOD 3000 TL3-XH) is capable to push all it's capacity to one phase only if there is a high load on one phase, but no load on the other two phases?

hi, our mod-series inverters are three-phase output, the inverter will optimise the output based on the load consumption. However, it is still three-phase output.

Hello, i am using growatt mod 5000tl3-x and eastron smart meter for measuring all consuming, i can see all info from my shinephone app for day time, but i couldn’t see infos after sunset till the sunrise, growatt says inverter sleep after sunset and you cant see the infos. Have you got an idea to see all day infos from shinephone app

Alô para os Brasileiros, entendendo o vídeo, 1 toque no painel altera as opções, 2 toques altera a função, 3 toques grava e sai da função, no caso do erro Warning 111 da Growatt, vc deve ir dando 1 toque até chegar na opção ExportLimit: ON e dar 2 a 3 toques até alterar para ExportLimit: OFF.

Hi cdsilva, the inverter will automatically import/export based on the load consumption and solar generation, you cannot control the times, sorry for the inconvenience.

can you use CT's on the MIN 6000TL-X? Aslo, can you change the CT's ratio if you buy aftermarket CT's? and one more, do you know anyone who has used 0% to see if there will be absolutely zero grid feed? Many utilities now say no grid feed or you pay as if you were using power...

Hi Tyler, thanks for your comment. For Min 6K TL-X inverter, a meter is required for the export limit control, you cannot only use CT to do so. The recommended meter is Eastron SDM 120. The export limit percentages refer to the energy that is allowed to export to the ac grid, if you set it to 0%, then there will be no power exported to the AC grid.
