Omg I'm scared now. I have interview anxiety regardless if its in person over the phone or video chat. I'm currently looking for a job, been looking for a long while but haven't had any success. My first job was retail but I honestly hated it. I said never again will i do retail. Plus I'm shy. Alot of jobs deny me even jobs i feel like I'm qualified for which makes no sense to me I'm thinking about applying to Sephora but im so nervous. Can you still work there even if you don't know about makeup. I honestly don't wear makeup either Whats the dress code i do know they wear uniform Are interviews one on one or in groups. I hate group interviews. Honestly i hate interviews in general. I had one group interview once I really don't wanna wanna do retail again but at this point i feel like i need to take what i can get

I'm happy that Sephora is allowing their workers to push their brand. I recommended this to Jeff Bezos, in an email, when I worked at one of his fulfillment centers --- suggesting that using some of the prettiest girls (with amazing model-like figures) who worked there to model the clothing, for instance. Every one of my ideas were met with "This is why we can't do this..." Sephora sounds like a better place to work.

Just like companies mix paint colors on their premises based on the customers request.....Sephora could hire a professional paint mixing expert for foundation...Because foundation is paint for the face....They can look and take a picture of the person's face or hand.....And make a custom foundation on directly on Sephora's premises that matches their shade of skin.....It would take the guess work out of finding a shade that matches....It would be Sephora's own brand of foundations of course.....Just make sure you charge them reasonable prices in order to outshine the competition.....You can even charge them a small fee for the service.....
